Good food but they are very slow. One other couple is in the restaurant and we waited right at 30 minutes on a sandwich and salad. This is not the first time the service has been so slow.

McAlister's has the best sandwiches, salads and soups hands down. I believe they are better than Panera. keep up the great work. Staff is always friendly and accommodating and checks on you while you eat in it's establishment. I go at least once a week.

This is a chain restaurant, but their food is excellent! There’s lots of parking in the shopping center. There’s a large dining area inside and several places to sit on an outside patio too. The Corned beef/pastrami sandwich was one of the best I’ve ever had. We all loved our food and will be back!

It's a standard McAlister's. Service was good and everyone was nice. The restaurant was clean and tidy. I ordered a half and half with Country Potato Soup and a Caesar salad. I asked for the Country Potato soup without scallions and it came out made to order and hot. It was a good soup. The Caesar salad was a normal Caesar salad with cheese and croutons. No complaints. The food came out fairly quickly and was presented well. The two workers at the counter came out to check on use twice which was a nice touch.

I ordered thru Door Dash. Mac& cheese was missing from kid’s meal so grand daughter was upset. Very little chicken on a croissant(less than 1/2 cup) , but fruit was good.

In 1989 in an abandoned movie-set diner in Mississippi, the deli with the slogan “Our food is our foundation” came to be. Now, with 400 locations in 28 states “they invite you to come for the food and stay for the experience.” From the famous 13 layers of the McAlister’s Club, to the giant Spuds covered with all your favorite toppings, from the delicious sweet tea to succulent soups and decade desserts. I have dined at a number of different locations and have never had a truly bad experience. Yes, some more memorable than others. This location was commendable as soon as I walked in. Clean, bright open dining area with counter ordering and padded booths and high top tables and chairs. Sitting outside one can enjoy the patio or the second story balcony. I ordered the McAlister Club with smoked turkey, Black Forest ham, bacon, sharp cheddar, mix of greens, sliced tomato, mayo and McAlister's Honey Mustard™ on wheat toast. I enjoyed the many layers of deli fresh meats and cheese, crisp greens and fresh produce, nicely stacked on wheat toast complimented with mayo and honey mustard. My side was the Mac and Cheese, that was hot and creamy with a nice mix of cheddar, American and Neufchatel cheese. To further enhance my deli dining experience, I picked up the Colossal Carrot Cake to go. A nice slice of moist carrot cake with walnuts and cream cheese frosting. My dessert of choice. Needless to say, the whole piece didn’t make it home. The long hair across my pickle was a slight deterrent but counter staff were quick to replace it with 3 more. Kalie was personable and our food came quick.

A group of us stopped here for dinner, and we loved it! We each had something different to eat...and everyone was happy with their food. The nachos were really good and the sandwich with the jalapeno potato chips was super tasty as well. The employees were very friendly and helpful, and we will definitely be going back again soon.

Great food, good service, average prices. The food is pricey but good and a much healthier alternative to fat food. This isn't a spot I go to weekly but monthly for sure. Again, food is great!

This location is close by me so I’ve ordered food to go before and haven’t really had any problems until my last couple of visits. I ordered a spud to go, when I got home I found the container had been placed in the bag upside down. So I had to scrape all of my toppings off the lid of the container and put it back on the potato. Not the worst thing in the world I’ll admit just slightly annoying. However, on my most recent visit, I ordered another potato with veggie chili (don’t eat meat). When I got home, my potato was burnt in places and the chili had meat in it. It was inedible to me. I contacted them about the mix up and was offered a refund for the item…two weeks later, still no refund.

Really good food, and staff. The young manager was great!!! I only wish that I had his name, so that I could give him a shout-out.

Came in today and had a $25 gift card. There was a balance on it when I checked online yet their system wasn't reading it for some reason. The manager Derrick ended up discounting it and calling it even this time after the employees Connelly and Brooklyn tried several times to punch in the code and pin. Great food and even better customer service!

Food here is good and pretty quick. Only bad Comment I have is last time we went in the girl at the counter was high as hell, then she was clearing tables. Hope back of house wasn't same.

How I order a full nacho and get this little bit of chili to not even cover anything. Smh do better. They were probably mad because I asked to make sure to put my stuff on the side. I never have any problems with the surfside location but appears this one
