Pick anywhere else to eat. They’ll up charge all your items without notice, they’ll let you scan promotions from the app but don’t apply them to your order. When asked about it, the managers don’t confront the situation but try to talk through their employees then when things escalate, try to take the food back and curse at customers and tell them it’s not the stores problem. This is not the first time this has happened, Tried to call corporate about it, was hushed off the phone with a claim that the GM would be reaching out and that was also determined to be a lie. On top of it, roaches and palmetto bugs infest the drink station. Not sure how this place passes safety inspections as it’s a pigsty. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Service is absolutely horrendous. They’re very rude. Go to 501 Church St. McDonald’s so much more polite and Service is so much better. Dread coming to this one.
Ordered a big mac. Sandwich was very dry! Meat was overcooked and seemed like it had been setting awhile.

Makayla was amazing! They were so super busy on Friday night and the first curbside delivery was missing the toy for the happy meal and she brought two! And she brought it out so quickly with the sauces and extra straw we needed! Thank you so much you made our night happier ?
