Decided at the last minute to have a birthday dinner there. Can dress up or casual and not be out of place. Very cozy atmosphere with easy lighting and nice music. Server knew everything about the menu and even mentioned some changes coming soon with the season change. Our meals were a true delight to the eyes as well as the taste buds. Moderately priced and worth every penny!Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access from the sidewalk and an incline into the main dining area. No steps. Did not use restroom.

The menu reads really well and makes for a temptation to order just about everything.... HOWEVER,While the food is plated nicely and, cooked well (texture wise) and fair price for the portion and ingredients used,the taste leaves something to be desired. Got 2 different rolls and was severely disappointed in the lack of seasoning and taste,Alfredo tasted like any sauce you can get from a jar (chicken was perfectly cooked), calamari was great butter sauce tasted odd, service was severely lacking won't toss out any names maybe they were having an off night...with all said, I'm glad I had the experience as the ambiance in the facility is great as well as cozy and clean but I unfortunately won't be returning for the simple fact that ambiance does not replace great tasting food.

Very disappointed in this restaurant I ordered a mixed drink (mojoito) before dinner,it was horrible The waiter noticed I didn’t even drink it and never asked if I liked it I ordered Pork tender loin wrapped in bacon The pork was so tough I couldn’t chew it and the bacon was all fat I told the waiter I wasn’t happy with my meal I managed to eat 1 of the three medallions I Could not eat the rest of it He asked how was my meal and I spoke the truth he then proceeded to the kitchen to complain about how tough my meat was Their answer was , well we didn’t get any complaints tonight The waiter then offered us 1 free dessert We took it home and needless to say that it was also horrible Dried out cheesecake My husband ordered the seafood platter and he said it was just ok We won’t be going back Definitely over priced for the quality of food they serve I must said this was the first meal in Conway that I did not like This meal was not cheap which makes it more annoying Pat K

We were seated upstairs,seeing tables downstairs I think that I'd prefer that,rather than climbing stairs. The seafood combo dinners were very good. The bacon wrapped pork,not so much. It was dry,a bit overdone. The server offered to seek a replacement,but we were better than 1/2 finished. So they gave a free dessert. I would try Rivertown again,and recommend it too.

Every dish was very solid, and the atmosphere was great. But our server really tied everything together. I had previously come here and had a bad experience. But Beth Anne was excellent, attentive and friendly without smothering the table.

Rivertown Bistro is my go-to dinner spot in Conway if I am looking for something nice with consistent quality. My drinks are always well made and the spring rolls are a must! You won't go wrong choosing Bistro for lunch or dinner. The Caesar salad is my favorite.
Started out Wierd, reservation was at five we got there 10 minutes before 5 and the hostess said they don't start seating until 5.??? I started with an old fashion cocktail which was very bitter but drinkable. My entree was lobster penne in a vodka sauce. It was a pseudo vodka sauce. Being from NY I have had many vodka sauces and that wasn't one. Service was good but in my opinion Rivertown Bistro has changed over the years. It used to be 5 stars

Food was good as usual. Been here a ton of times and have always ordered the same drink, Expresso Martini with a touch of Bailey's. Always charged the same $12 per drink. Tonight ordered the drink the same way and was charged $24 for 2 Martinis and an additional $18 for 2 shots of Bailey's. Spoke with the waitress and two managers and was told that that was how the bartender made the drinks so that's how we had to pay for them. They did nothing to make it right. Told us the drinks were ordered incorrectly. To blame the customer for the waitress' or the bartender's error is really bad customer service. Can't say that we won't be back because we never had this problem before. I think tonight was a case of bad staff. I certainly hope it's not the beginning of a bad management trend.

We've been to Rivertown quite a bit but never disappointed. Service was excellent as usual, very attentive and fast. Their servers help each other out so there's never any lag. We showed up without reservations and had to wait about 10 mins. Should have known better as it was restaurant week. Suggest reservations, you won't be disappointed, everyone very friendly.
