There were no customers when I arrived and I was not greeted. The sandwich prep was fine and the transaction went well. The "sandwich artist" had no customer service skills, as far as I was concerned. This is not my normal store.

I would give 0 stars if able and have never experienced such hatred, bigotry and anger over a fast food order in my life!When we ordered from the app, I tried to use the buy 2 get one free promo and had to reenter the information 4 times as every time I went to enter a sub, it deleted the previous sub. My husband went in the store with my phone (to show the app still wasn't working) the owner of the store told us to "get out...YOU PEOPLE always want something for free. Take your subs and get out" when my husband tried to explain that the app wasn't working and it wasn't even showing the subs were completed let alone the sub we were supposed to get free with the purchase of 2 subs. The "you people" comment was totally uncalled for when all we were trying to do was explain that the app wasn't working!

Had a coupon for two 12.99 subs... Payed $20 and literally only tasted the add ons. The chicken was bland as well as the cheese. Won't be going back no time soon.

The establishment does not answer it's phone, don't try calling. Don't bother paying extra for anything because you won't get it. Ordered deluxe twice, first time was normal portions of everything, second time didn't even get the standard portion of bacon. Don't bother using the app to order ahead, half the time your order will drop out and you'll either double pay or pay for nothing. Service is atrocious, when I mentioned I didn't have bacon on my sub, the associate had an attitude while saying \\\"I fixed it myself so I know it's on there\\\".

I got my usual foot long Double Meat, Double Cheese, BMT. Quickly assembled and done well. It was delicious. This Subway is in a gas station/convenience store on the corner and was on the way to where I was headed. Parking is limited as it's on a relatively small lot.
