The Bistro is known for really good food, but some don't get the attention they deserve. Like the pasta salad & fresh baked broad loaves. You can buy different size containers too. Makes packing lunch easier & more affordable than going out. Fresh vegetables including broccoli, red onions, different colored peppers, etc. Parking can be challenging just to let you know. But Main Street is beautiful. Friendly staff too.

Small town restaurant with the friendliest staff! I love their piled up grilled cheese. Don't forget to grab a loaf of their famous sourdough bread to go!

Best bakery in Conway! If you like cake that's fluffy, yummy, and won't send you into an immediate diabetic coma, this is the place. The frostings are nice for those that care, but as a plain cake person, this is the only source I've found for light, delicious cakes and pastries that are sweet, but not sickly sweet. On top of that, the service people are lovely and make great recommendations, like the cheese bread. They also have a nice cafe four doors away, where you can have a good breakfast or lunch at a reasonable price. All the baked goods are fresh from their bakery, so you can't go wrong. It's a nice place to bring the family, and they have outdoor seating in good weather. A Conway favorite in the heart of the adorable downtown district, walking distance from everything.

I got a melt that had your choice of a bunch of meats and cheeses and it was Glorious! Forgot what it was called but they'll know lol And the service was very nice and hospitable

For this visit i give 3 stars. I love the chicken salad and sourdough bread here. But $25 for a large chicken salad (which is not very large) and a loaf of bread is a bit pricy. They kept the grapes whole... they were large grapes, and it took up a lot of the space of the container.5.00 for a small loaf of bread and 5.50 if they slice it for you. YES.... they charge you that much and can't cut your bread as a courtesy. It is some delicious bread though. It's why I gave 3 stars.

Went to try and get a good donut but alas we were too late. So we ordered coffees and ordered turnover treats. The staff were friendly and helpful. We sat and enjoyed the quiet calm atmosphere as we enjoyed our treats.I also picked up a loaf of dark rye to bring home... it is delicious. Can't wait to try a donut if we can get up on time.... Was told donuts are usually gone by 11 am

I am my granddaughter went there for grandmother and granddaughter day. We really enjoy having breakfast often here but not always. After we were seated and finally had a WAITER get our drink order. He NEVER RETURNED. Twice I could hear and see a waitress telling him he was attending to others who were seated after us and he just ignored it, I guess. After about 20 minutes never being served our drinks even, we got up and walked out. Nothing being said by any employee as we left much less the WAITER.

Wait staff was curt and inattentive. After we got our water and ordered we sat for 45 minutes and no one checked on us. When I went inside to inquire about our food they couldn’t find our order ticket. Our waiter was on his phone and dismissive.

Such a welcoming and delicious place! The staff were so sweet with our 5 month old baby. Do not pass up a chance to get the club sandwich on a croissant with chips. The chips were fresh and homemade and the sliced meats were fresh from their deli in the back. Very clean, excellent service, and tasty classic sandwiches. Would definitely recommend/come back again.

Visited for lunch and the server, Elizabeth, was the best part of the experience. We had vegetable soup, on special, but it was way too salty and more broth than veggies. Also ordered a tuna melt, but it was really just a grilled tuna sandwich. I believe a “melt” would be an open-faced sandwich. Along with that, the tuna was so bland, the pasta salad had no flavor, and the pickle was just this side of going bad. I chose to take home the sandwich and give it to my husband, but he didn’t care for the taste either. So in the trash it went. It’s a cute place, but the two visits I’ve had there have been disappointing. I’ve heard mixed reviews on this restaurant, and they were right. Too inconsistent for me, so a future visit is unlikely.

Amazing sandwiches and people, especially our waiter Chef Love. Fresh made bread and great BBQ. Really a special place and a must stop in Conway!

I just left the bakery section of the Trestle and am very disappointed by the service I received. The young lady who took my order seemed to be uninterested in me or what I had asked for. That is on top of the fact that the pastry's we ordered, all a very different variety, were dry and nearly inedible. The display of the pastry cases were also confusing because there were no names associated with the pastry's, so I obviously asked about the pastry I ordered and nothing else because I felt that I was disrupting her by asking her to do her job. As someone who works in food service, at a job much more difficult and busier, I'm disappointed that there wasn't and ounce of respect shown to my friend and I. Will not be returning to such a poor experience.

The Trestle Bakery and Cafe turned out to be a great pick. It has a number of tables outside for dining on a nice day. We liked the soup and sandwich (a full-size sandwich) on the lunch menu. My friend had the BLT and it was packed with bacon! I had the black bean soup and a tuna sandwich on marble rye. These come with house-made chips. The special on Tuesday was Jambalaya. My husband said it was delicious - and the portion was large. Our server was Ellis. He mentioned that the Trestle has a great breakfast menu and recommended that we come back. We were too full to try the cakes or pies at lunch, but their other location (at the Trestle Bakery) was 1/2 block away - offering a variety of sweet desserts to carry home.

Service was very slow, but the food was good. I will definitely give it another try..
