This place is so poorly managed it’s funny. Well let me be more specific… the night crew just doesn’t give a ****. Lifeless zombies with no motivation. I don’t know what the morning/day crew is like. Hopefully not nearly as bad. If so… I don’t see how this place hasn’t gone out of business.I wouldn’t care that much if I was personally buying the food… I’d just go somewhere else. But I’m DoorDashing and this place doesn’t fail to make me lose money.“Just don’t accept orders from there.”You have to have an acceptance rate that meets the requirements. Most times you HAVE to accept the orders.“Get a real job.”It’s a real side hustle. It’s very lucrative if you take it serious.

I was there on 03/23/24 around3:30 the lady that running the register was very rude. There was a older man probably in his 80s or more a vet with hearing aids that struggled to stand and wait for his food and all she was worried about was getting the DoorDash orders first, she said she didn’t care. Went about her business. I told her she was rude and she told me she didn’t care and if I didn’t like it to go eat elsewhere. If you can’t handle the heat shouldn’t be upfront interacting with customers. The man behind the counter was trying to help and got yelled out because she said DoorDash is first people in restaurant have to wait. That lady needs to be fired!!!!

I had a terrible first experience they got my entire order wrong . I called and spoke to a gentleman who told me not to worry just come back and get it replaced . I came back and the other manager had no idea what I was talking about and even showed me the book that the gentlemen did not write it down I went to place another order and she called her boss and got the ok to redo it I’m only giving 5 stars because she went above and beyond for me and I’m totally grateful .

Pulled up one night people standing inside (workers). No one talked into speaker. Witnessed 4 cars ahead of me pull around then drive off. No service was being provided to anyone outside

I went up to wendy's about a couple of minutes ago to get some food for my girlfriend and this isn't the first couple of times that they done this they've gave her the wrong food order today and never gave me my recipe at all her food was not freshly hot and the only thing that the employees do is sit on the phone and play around This is absolutely ridiculous that this keeps happening

Everytime I come here it’s always something my food is NEVER made right.Yall need better workers for night shifts because this is crazy.The workers are ALWAYS playing in the drive thru And VERY RUDE.I tried to handle it without calling corporate but now I’m going to because this is crazy.WHERE IS THE BACON FOR MY SANDWICH I PAYED FOR?!???
