Today I went to Wendy's near my job during my lunch. My order wasn't corre so I called and spoke to the GM. Never in my LIFE has a manager made a special trip to my job to correct my order. Yes, she brought food to my job. Shout out to this individual that took precious time out of her busy day to bring me food. I did tell her that I didn't want a store credit or refund. Yet, she did it anyway To you ma'am I say a special THANK YOU ❤️ Valerie
Didn't listen to my order at all drive thru was closed had to go in to order then messed up my food my daughters food wrong cups sizes now I cant even eat it! He asked 3 times and every time I said not spicy chicken . Ill give you one guess what I got . I recommend cook out next

I went to buy a pecan salad, the young lady at the drive thru said they did not have any more grilled chicken, so I asked if they had fried chicken? She said yes but it will be an up charge. So you don't have what your menus advertise, and you want to charge me an up charge for your failure....won't recommend going to this one...
