We go through the Drive Thru every morning on the way to school. They get you through fast. Food is great. Service is very quick, friendly, I was grateful of the changes you have made in the Cowpens Hardee's. There was a time I wouldn't due to an experience I had with the food. I took one bite, spit it out and threw it away. They have change and it great now!!!

Most of the time , the food looks like it was just thrown together and not neat , very sloppy sandwiches and not always what they look or seem to be. The help acts like they're doing you a favor by serving you and are not very friendly at all. But this is not limited to, this one location. Everywhere else is almost the same people are just there for the paycheck , and that is that. Hardy used to be one of my favorite places to eat. Because the people were friendly. The food was well prepared and very good. And it was a pleasure going there. Now I only go there just to see if there has been any improvements. Unfortunately, it doesn't prove to be that..

Love this one in Cowpens because the one in Gaffeny is just awful! They have good breakfast & I loved there raisin cinnamon biscuits! I hate to say that they messed up my grandmother's order! My mother specifically told them no cheese at the drive thru.
Don't waste your time going here. It's terrible. One of the ladies working there left after taking one person's order and there were 6 people in line. The other ladies were outside not doing anything. Had to leave and go somewhere else to eat because nobody wanted to do anything. Not sure why they work there.
sign says they have shakes and when we came in the drive thru they didnt have it and the girl at the drive thru said it wasnt her job and she didnt get paid enough for it. we came the 2nd time and they said the machine was broken. havnt once had a milkshake. the workers name was karen. and never do they ever have everything they said they do on the menu. every time we have been there the service was bad and foods only good when its fresh which is very rare

We come to this Hardee’s in Cowpens twice a week from Gaffney because the Gaffney Hardee’s is just awful. Now management in Cowpens has changed along with the service and atmosphere. The other morning, I had to listen to a district manager berate an employee in the dining room at a table with other managers. This was extremely unprofessional and made me have to think whether or not we would return to this location. After our visit today, we will not be back. Food was good and service was dismal. Maybe the corporate office needs to have a discussion with its DM about proper etiquette in a restaurant dining room and train it’s new employees better on customer service. What a disappointment!
