“The chicken here is to die for!! When we found out that our server was also the bartender, we cringed because of our experience elsewhere, but she was amazingly attentive!! We also ordered the Fried Pickled Ocra and the French Fries. The Ocra was incredible!! We'll definitely order it again. Neither of us were fans of the French Fries. They weren't crispy at all, but they were dry. I'm not sure how to explain it, but we left them almost untouched. The chicken though... Best we've had in years!!! 10/10 recommend!!“

“Before walking in to Denny's, I pre-judged for sure. I was expecting mediocre service and less than decent food. Boy was I wrong! We got seated quickly and our waitress was Alli. She was super sweet and made the experience even better! My husband ordered a medium rare sirloin and oh was it delicious! Our kiddo got a kids meal and it looked amazing. I ordered the Berry Waffle Slam and the waffle smelled amazing and was so delicious! It was everything a waffle should be! Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside! Alli was super attentive and didn't helicopter us. I will definitely be back! If you plan on visiting ask for Alli!“

“This was my second time coming here and FR8 yard is definitely a great place to grab a drink and hang out.I had the Tiki Power Hour Guava Papaya Sour on draft which was exactly what I needed to enjoy the nice warm weather in the courtyard.Staff is friendly and helpful. Great place! They also have a nice long wheelchair ramp to make it more accessible which I thought was awesome.Parking: I went during the weekday after they had just opened so I was able to find a place to park on the street right near the FR8yard.Wheelchair accessibility: There was a very nice long wheel chair ramp that led from the side of upper street all the way into the courtyard where everyone sat and where the bar was.“

“We had John's cater our wedding; they did a fantastic job. We did breakfast for supper and our guests loved it. All we did was show up and eat, no need to worry about any of the details because they took care of it all. The presentation was great and the service was sublime.“

“This restaurant is great. You order at the counter and the food is usually ready by the time you get to the end of the line, or it's brought out shortly. The staff is friendly, though it's helpful to know what you want to order before getting up to the counter to keep things moving.“

“Went here as a last-minute dinner. The food was so good, I had the Brussels sprouts for an appetizer. My partner had the corn chowder and it was delicious. The salmon was tasty and for dessert we finished with the earl grey creme brulee. It was a nice atmosphere. They had a wonderful woman singing.“

“The atmosphere is really uplifting… the best way to describe is a hug from Big Mama when she hasn’t seen you in a while haha…I dined in… and ordering wasn’t the easiest only because i looked online and seen all these options but the dine in menu didn’t have half of those options and no prices… so maybe getting a QR code menu, so when we dine in we can see the same menu… the waitress was extremely nice and didn’t rush us or anything, i also didn’t order what i actually wanted because i didn’t see it…haha {part of the reason for the 4 stars}Now the food is AMAZING!! I did order a bunch of food to try… the ribs are a 20/10!!! Nothing he can do differently to them..the Mac n cheese is good it’s old fashioned which i personally love, could use a little more cheese throughout but still good… if you like a creamy baked Mac then you probably wouldn’t like it.. again it’s really good if you like the old fashioned baked Mac n cheese… the YAMS ARE THE BEST IVE HAD IN SOUTH CAROLINA!! AND THEY’RE NOT FROM THE CAN haha… the collards are fresh And have flavor but they also have that bitter bite at the end, so maybe some sugar, vinegar, chow chow, or a watermelon relish would go good with them… the whiting was crispy, i got my wings un-sauced because it was extra to get the sauce on the side and i didn’t know which one i wanted… the lemon velvet cake, isn’t not dry but it’s not moist but it’s crumbly in some spots, so a dense cake, im personally not a fan of dense cakes, im also not sure if that’s how it’s supposed to be.. the strawberry cinnamon rolls was good, the roll itself needs to be warm because it’s rich.. but i would get it again…I also had food to go…{baked spaghetti, green beans, coleslaw, yams} and i can’t give an honest opinion because everything ran together… like the green bean juice spilled into the slaw and spaghetti, so some items needs separate to go containers… {the main reason for the 4 stars}i be back today for the ribs, yams, mac and Arnold Palmer lol“

“If you're in the mood for a place that serves up slushies so good they make you question why you ever drank anything else, look no further than Main Street Pub. Their slushies are like a brain freeze in a cup – totally worth it. And let's talk about those nachos. They're the kind of nachos that make you want to send a thank-you note to whoever invented melted cheese. Plus, the service here is top-notch. Story, the manager, has a name that sounds like it belongs in a fairytale, and with her hospitality, she might as well be granting wishes. And there's Ian..... bro's facial hair is so impressive, it's practically a map of its own, guiding lost souls to the promised land of great drinks and even greater banter. Ian's love for the Buccaneers runs deeper than Davy Jones' locker, and he'll regale you with tales of triumphs and heartbreaks between mixing your favorite drinks. So, if you're seeking a pint and a pirate's yarn, set sail for Main Street Pub, where Ian's beard and Buccaneer pride reign supreme. All in all, if you're looking for a place where the drinks are icy, the food is cheesy, and the staff is legendary, Main Street Pub is your spot.Parking: Across the street is additional parkingKid-friendliness: Very much so. Clean lines, easy to keep and eye on them while they play a game or two“
“My friend purchased something we had to pick up in Moore and found this little gem to have lunch at today! We are so glad we did!! It was delicious. I had the fried chicken, Mac & cheese, green beans and rice & gravy. My friend had their hamburger steak, rice & gravy, garbage, and fried squash. I was all great home cooking! We couldn't leave without dessert! we had lemon pound cake and Crack cake . Both were fabulous. if we're ever in Moore SC again, we'll definitely stop by. “I fully believe this to be the best Waffle House I have ever been to. The staff were very welcoming and continued to clean as they went. The staff didn’t leave each server to their own table but instead helped each other and checked in with other tables if they thought they may need something. However, what I enjoyed the most was the atmosphere. Regulars that have been coming here for 10 years were joking with staff and vice versa. It felt welcoming and at home. If I lived closer, this would be a regular weekend treat.“

“This was our second time eating there in 4 days. First trip (weeknight) was fantastic! Food was amazing, service was excellent. Tonight (Saturday night) was not quite as good. The pizza was burnt, the quail was burnt, and the service was not quite as good, but I'll chalk that up to it being a weekend. Would definitely eat here again! So many options on the menu ... there truly is something for everyone! Dress is casual, kids are welcome. Casual, fun atmosphere.“

“This is the first time I've been here since it was Mike's Cafe, which was the locals favourite for years. Food was alright, but slightly more expensive than I remember, but these days what isn't? Not quite what it used to be, but still nothing to complain about. Just glad it's at least still in business.“

“Big THANK YOU to Crawfords! I had a large order (I did call earlier to see how long a call ahead they would need) from the first time I called till I got my order, everyone was so sweet and pleasant to deal with! The order was on time (a few min early) nothing was missing and nothing was messed up! I brought someone with me to get the order because it was large and they still willingly helped get it to the car! The food was so good, I don't usually prefer wings, but I got a variety of them and everyone had great flavor and a good but of sauce ! Highly recommend for service, taste and cost, I fed 10ppl multiple times and still had some for later! Thank You ALL again for your time and service!“

“Nov 2023 - Post annual day after Thanksgiving Hike. Rip knew the most local spot for refreshments near where we left the extra car. Not sure Charlie’s was open at 2:30 on Friday. But we were the only customers for soft drinks and ice cream. Nice art of “Charlie?”“

“My partner and I have driven past this place so many times and noticed that it was featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives on a billboard. We finally got to go and it was pretty cool! It was kind of set up like a cafeteria. We came here for dinner and it was pretty quiet. My partner ordered the 1/3# pimento cheeseburger a-plenty, and I ordered a chicken fingers plate with mac n' cheese and potato salad, and we also got some Beacon tea. Can I just say... WOW! The prices for the amount of food you get are incredibly reasonable. They give you enough food for two whole meals. The a-plenty was interesting, the fries lacked in seasoning and the onion rings were thin and cold. The amount of food you get for it is unbelievable. The chicken fingers look worse in the picture than they did in real life, but they were crispy and tasted great. I asked for ranch with them and got three small cups of it. The potato salad was pretty basic. The mac and cheese was very rich and savory! The Beacon sweet tea was so sweet! It was great and you get free refills. I was able to get a refill but drank about 1/3 before I felt overwhelmed with the sugar! All of the people who were working were so incredibly nice. I definitely would come back here and order a little less food since I know they're generous with the portions.“
“Always a good time . If they are closed it’s for an important reason . And when they are open so are their arms and minds so never feel like an outsider come on in say hi and I’m sure someone going to greet u just as equally as u do them.“

“Super quick! Even our special order was done right. Staff was cleaning non stop. Only thing that was not good was the girl that took our order was brand new and she forgot to call our hashbrowns out to the cook, which we didn't mind waiting but the cook was rude to her and actually would not speak to her when she apologized.“

“First time there. They were quite busy. The food was typical sports pub food. The rice on was a little overdone, the onion rings were a little underdone, but the spicy grilled chicken & the fried chicken tenders were both done to perfection. I was actually quite happy with the breading on chicken tenders and the inside was juicy. The server was very friendly, and the manager made several rounds checking on guests and apologizing for the low staffing and slower service. Overall, it was a good experience. They were a little slow, but handled it appropriately with great customer service, and the food was decent. We'd go back!“

“If only we could get them to put the mustard and ketchup on the meat side rather than the salad side, the burgers could be great. Fries were extra crispy last time. Maybe they weren't supposed to be but I really liked them.Wear a jacket. Since they cook in the dining area the AC stays on highParking: Largish sparsely populated lot. “I stopped by there the other day and got 2 pulled pork sandwich plates for my brother and myself. My brother had hush puppies and baked beans with his. You would have to know my brother to know that if he says something is good, it's doggone good, like slap your mama kind of good. He said his sandwich and hush puppies were VERY GOOD, WHOA! I couldn't decide on two sides, so I got two of the sweet potato crumbles. Boy, am I glad that I got two servings of that. I'm a bit of a sweet potato snob. You'd better make them right if you want my seal of approval. Well, they got these so, so right. Some of the best sweet potatoes I've ever put in my mouth. Don't get me wrong, the pulled pork sandwich was good also. It's just that these sweet potatoes were everything. If you like a good sweet potato casserole or soufflé, then do yourself a favor and stop in and get a serving or two of their sweet potato crumble. While you're there, grab a pulled pork sandwich as well. BBQ is kinda their thing too.“
