Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Drive thru line is ridiculous. There is a worker there that rushes you and doesn’t even get your full order down. I asked for a spicy chicken meal like a regular meal but cooked spicy with siracha and lo and behold I get a plain chicken not even cooked with the hibachi sauce. The worker then asked me some inaudible dialogue that I couldn’t understand he just motioned to move forward. And so I waited and pulled forward. Terrible customer service. Need good English speaking workers working the drive thru at least.

Always the best food with faster than expected service. Definitely comparable to the Spartanburg location in quality although there are never many people in the dining area.

This restaurant I will never eat there again I ordered a shrimp and steak dinner told them to put the rice on the side was going to be charge a25 cents extra but that wasn’t the problem when I got home took my first bite had a long black hair so I called them and told them I had a hair in my food was told to bring the food back the first thing they say to me was it wasn’t there so I told them it wasn’t mine . They never said sorry or anything the health department need to be called on them cause no one is wear hairnets. This restaurant use to be a good place to eat at but they will never get any more money from me ever. I would never recommend anyone to eat at this place. ????

The food here is good, but one negative thing I always tell anyone when they ask about Fuji is that the people can be outright smart mouthed and rude for no reason.I've been eating here since the location opened and at the Westgate location for years. I've always overlooked the rudeness, but I'm done with them now!I went through the drive through a few nights ago and if you've been here at the Duncan location you know there's always a chubby guy working the drive through window that's very rude. Well I was going to pay with "Tap to Pay" and he needed to take my phone. I reached him the phone but it blacked out. So he asked me to unlock my phone. I turned back towards him but instead of him putting the phone in my hand and making sure I had it, he let go of the phone before I got my hand fully out of the car window. The phone never hit my hand and it fell directly on the concrete face down.He never apologized or even showed any remorse. I got out of my car to get my phone to see it was shattered, and not working properly. Another worker walks up who could have been the chubby guy's boss and the chubby guys says "I didn't do anything". Again he never apologized to me, or even asked if my phone was ok. He just acted like nothing happened.Mistake or not if something like this happens the right to do would be to apologize and ask if everything was ok with the phone. Not to take the attitude of forget it, it's not my phone. This isn't the first problem I've had with him, but it will be the last because no one from my family will ever eat here again.

I'll never say the food here isn't great, because it is, but one negative thing I always tell anyone when they ask about Fuji is that the people can be outright smart mouthed and rude as hell. I've been eating here since the location opened and at the Westgate location for years. I've always overlooked the rudeness, but tonight was the final straw. My mom came through the drive last night and if you've been here you know there's always a chubby guy working the drive through window that's rude as hell. Well my mom was going to pay with "Tap to Pay" and he needed to take her phone. She reached him the phone but it blacked out. So he tells her you need to unlock your phone. She truns back towards him but instead of him putting the phone in her hand and making sure she has it, he drops the phone before her hand is fully out her car window. The phone never touches her hand and it falls directly on the concrete face down. He never apologizes or even shows any remorse. My mom gets out of her car to get her phone to see it's shattered, and not working properly. Another worker walks up who could have been the chubby guy's boss and the chubby guys says "I didn't do anything" . Again he never apologized, or even asked if the phone was ok. He just acted like nothing happened. Mistake or not if something like this happens the right to do would be to apologize and ask if everything was ok with the phone. Not to take the attitude of f*CK it, it's not my phone. This isn't the first problem with him we've had but it will be the last because no one from my family will ever eat here again.

Update.. it's been a month, family wanted to eat here again.. they still aren't able to get an order right if you want anything other than just ordering by number. Frustrating...My most recent trip to Fuji was extremely frustrating. My family loves their food but their ability to get an order correct is a huge fail.Today I decided to order differently in an effort to help them get our order correct.Fuji: Can I take your order?Me: Yes, I have three orders. This is the first order, #3 with no rice...Fuji: Is this the second order?Me: No, this is still the first order, I will tell you when we are on the second order. Add Zucchini and OnionsFuji: is this the 2nd order?Me: no, I told you that we are still on the first order and I will tell you when I'm done and when I am giving you the 2nd orderThis goes go on the ENTIRE time I give him my order. After I give him the 3rd order, I repeat again, I have 3 total orders.I pull around and wait.. guy comes out, he saysFuji: you have 4 orders?Me: No I only have 3 ordersFuji: Guy looks confused, what did you have?Me: I tell him, then I tell him how I orderedFuji: well they charged you for 4 so here's your foodMe: Ummmmm, how do you suggest I order so he can get it right?Fuji: guy walks offWhy should I have to pay for 4 orders when I only ordered 3??? Why is this guy walking off, not even offering me a refund on the extra food that I didn't order?!BEWARE!!!! I don't know what their problem is or what they need to do to get it right. But they are STRUGGLING and I am beyond frustrated. I won't do this again. The next time they get it wrong, they will refund ALL my money and they can keep it. Absolutely ridiculous, horrible service.
