Sorry about the reviews from Samuel.He's a FORMER disgruntled employee.Also, he was the one locking the doors at 7:30 because he was afraid of "certain people". SMH.

Awful service, store is run by teenagers with no sense of customer service. Ordered online, pulled to their drive through and more than a minute goes and no employee shows up to the window. Decided to park and go inside to then be welcome by a teenager that lectured me as to why I could not go inside because the lobby is closed. Well door was unlocked and nobody was at the window but there were at least 4 employees inside chatting. Then he keeps going as to "you guys need to start reading our signs when the lobby is closed." Owner, please hire competent staff.

What a chit show! From online,manager,employees to franchise!!!!!! Tried to place online wouldn't work. Called order in employee didn't pay with card. Showed up 20 mins later to pickup,couldn't find then did,wasn't paid for. Then wife paid again charged wrong amount. Called manager wouldn't give franchise or corporate number,said coupon was for online!!!!! Duh online wouldn't work and over the either or drivethru or crappy manager!!!!! All Duncan sc restaurants suck!!!!!!

The sevice in this place is appalling. we were there on 12/17/23 pickling up an online order. AN older lady was extremely rude to the point of yelling and name calling.not sure what' was going on but she does not belong working with the public. if you want more details message me 8642378321.

I usually do alright ordering pizza from here but today I placed an order on the app like usual. Order time was 5:46. I left a fair amount of time and arrived to pick up my order and was told it had a ways to go. In the meantime, I had already added a tip. Big mistake. They never brought the order out so I finally went in and it was finally ready at 6:36. 50 minutes for picking up pizza is kind of ridiculous and it was clear they lost track of the order somehow and started it after I arrived to pick it up, but they wouldn’t admit it. They have a promise time listed on the order of 6:10 but wouldn’t do anything. I was told to ‘call back’ since there was no manager and they were apparently too busy to deal with it. Sad service for a used to be regular customer.

Mars at the Marcos Pizza in Duncan, SC showed incredible customer service this evening. Marcos was my third attempt at a “yellow brick road” pizza. No one else would even entertain me. My 7 year old invited me for a special date after work today to watch the Wizard of Oz. Little date nights mean the world to working moms and their littles… and movie date nights require the perfect snacks ;) I called Marcos on my way home from work and explained my request. Mars explained that the cheddar spiral would likely melt into the mozzarella, but she gave it an honest attempt, which is all I was really looking for. My son was so excited by this perfectly imperfect yellow brick road pizza. Thank you, Mars! You made my after-work movie date with my little boy even more epic. I appreciate you more than you know and the pizza was delicious!!Kid-friendliness: Invested extra care to make my sons evening special.

I had a bad experience with the website. When I put a coupon code in they changed my order from 2 XL Works pizzas to 2 Cheese pizzas. My husband doesn’t eat cheese pizza. On the survey they sent me I explained our disappointing experience. The regional manager called me and explained that there are issues with the website and that a new one will be launched in August. He offered me 1 XL Works Pizza to help make up for our disappointing experience. I asked how we could redeem that and he told me there would be a note on my phone number profile and I would just need to call and tell them. Tonight I tried to call and redeem that pizza and I was treated by the woman on the phone, as though I was crazy and trying to scam her. She was just going to leave a note for the manager, and was not willing to do anything and treated me very rudely. Although Marco‘s was one of my favorite takeout pizzas, I cannot imagine that I will be calling them when I want pizza.

I ordered an all meat pizza for delivery online. The ordering process is easy to navigate and worked without a glitch. The order arrived 5 minutes early from the projected arrival time. The pizza was hot and very tasty. I have tried pizzas from several places in this area. In my opinion Marco's is the best.
