We ordered a large chicken mini tray for breakfast. We were told it would be about a fifteen minute wait. It took about 25 minutes. We did not complain and weren’t upset. We had expected to wait, but they were apologetic for the longer wait, and refunded our order with no questions asked. Super friendly and kind service. We eat there often and never have any issues. Always quick, helpful, and kind. Definitely the best chick fil a in spartanburg. We recommend them highly.
Unfortunately, this location feels more like McDonald’s. On more than one occasion I’ve experienced subpar service. I hate to have to drive 15 mins to the next location. I love Chick fil A and I’m there at least 2/3 times a week. Please give more training on customer service with staff and things will be better. Thank you .
