Ambience: 3.7The ambience at this location is incredible. The bright menus automatically draw your attention as you walk in. The bathrooms are surprisingly clean and the lobby was decently clean. Behind the counter could have been better. Lots of fries on the floor that could have been cleaned up. The store wasn't busy.Food safety: 4.5The manager who assisted us had a full beard and no beard net. However, every employee wore gloves and I was paying close attention to see if they did anything they shouldn't and would they change gloves and wash their hands and they succeeded.Food: 2I ordered chicken nuggets, and the grilled chicken wrap. The chicken nuggets were okay. The grilled chicken wrap was not prepared right the first time. I'm surprised the manager even let it go out. I went to open it and there was a catastrophe of lettuce and cold shredded cheese and grilled chicken everywhere. Nevertheless, I gave the horrible representation of this lackluster product back to the manager who just asked me to toss it. I wish I had remembered to take a picture. It was really bad.The second attempt was better, but still got high scores on lackluster. It has no flavor, very little ranch and every condiment was cold. I didn't enjoy it.Recommendation:Overall, the restaurant could use upper management coming in and helping them improve on some areas.In summary:This just reminded me why I don't frequent fast food restaurants. Which is not really fast food but slow bad food.

I did an Uber pick up here, there were 2 young blonde girls working the window late at night. When I came to pick up the food for my customer, they informed me that the food had already been picked up by someone else driving Uber. It had not. The customer didn’t receive their food. This may have been a mistake but I honestly think the 2 girls did this on purpose.

Typically enjoy this location and went weekly - HOWEVER, not anymore! The female working the Drive-thru on Ash Wednesday basically laughed and attempted to humiliate us when we asked for a fish sandwich. Wendy's advertising stated their fish sandwich was available starting February 12th for Lent so Ash Wednesday it should have been available - laughing while stating "we serve hamburgers here" is extremely rude and insulting. Do better with training.Dietary restrictions: Don't ask unless you can understand rudeness through laughter and snickering.

There is a Asian American worker that works 1st shift there that has no respect for customer service and is rude and has no quality in taking an order..first we asked for some gravy and told us that they had none but didn't say why..pull to window gives me a drink with no ice at all literally a warm lemonade so then I ask him to give me a cup of ice and rudely gave me the ice like if he didn't do it right he first time...then we requested no butter sauce on out biscuit and get it finally n it has a load of butter on the biscuit so we try go back the lobby is closed and I tell him what we really wanted and rudely gives us a right biscuit so I try to hand him the wrong one and tells me to keep it and he wouldn't take the thing we didn't even ask for so he refused to be professional and have more to courtesy to the people that help him have a occupation and not be rude to the people that give them our money..

First off your staff is rude. I asked for a meal and didn’t get one. When I asked at the window your employee said it’s too late. I ordered two Baconators, I get home and neither one is a baconator. Try calling to get this resolved and no one there answers the phone. I figured a receipt would be in the bag and there wasn’t one. So I guess I have to call corporate.

Dave's double, fries, and chocolate frosty!My favorite!This is a new location. So far, each time I've been here, everything was great. I hope they keep it up!A couple of nice features they have here, one ketchup on the table! Nice, I don't have to get 8-10 little packs.Two, they have a wash sink outside of the bathroom! So if the bathroom is tied up, you don't have to wait if your just needing to wash your hands.

its a swiftly built place that looks nice and new but dont look to closely lol. thats not the problem, the problem is, that it has to of went under new management because it was firing on all cylinders for months after opening and then went completly down hill. it has mostly new staff again even after it just opened and they are not good at providing service. even the food doesnt taste as fresh. what the he11 happened!
