This bojangles is beginning to slack in many areas, customer service, always running out of something and lack of knowledge is hurting this location. They are trying at this location. Just need better direction from management.

Biscuit maker was Mad this morning. I ordered a Bo Berry biscuit and it was had as a rock and burnt. I requested another one that was cooked better. I was ask to pull forward and they would bring it out. We'll, I think they just put another o one from the same batch in a container and brought it to me. It was the same way. Had to throw both orders away. They were so hard that you couldn't even bite them.

I want to start by saying we love Bojangles. We moved her a couple months ago and have tried to pick up dinner (6pm). Both times the place is empty and we got the same story. They were out of CHICKEN and needed to cook more and we could wait 20 minutes.Very disappointing that a food establishment isn't prepared for dinner.This happened today. Needless to say we went down the road to KFC. They were prepared.

The food is good but the team is exceptionally disorganized. They simply do not capture the meaning of quality customer service nor fast food. Overall, you should be prepared to wait an inordinate amount of time for your food. In my opinion, it's simply not worth the wait.

Still waiting in the drive thru for 12 piece supremes I ordered 40 minutes ago. I could've went and sat down at a nice restaurant and had my food by now. Never again. Do not recommend.

Had to wait for my double ham biscuit. When I got home with it it had a regular piece of ham and to tiny pieces and I was charged for double .

I have noticed a god but of change in staff and management. This location was better before. Now, they never have large cups or Splenda. The food is cold and the order is wrong. It’s rare I visit this store anymore. I suggest them calling and asking or begging their old staff back.

I used to love this bojangles. Would go there 1-2 times a week. The past year it has steadily gotten worse. They will no longer get business from me. Too consistent at getting orders wrong and cold soggy fries.

The woman at window was rude we ordered some dirty rice when it was not in the bag she said I didn’t ring it up I read it back to you food is usually good mashed potatoes and gravy didn’t have but a very little speck and got order all wrong I usually don’t complain but at least get better listening workers and put some gravy on the potatoes please

Usually don’t leave reviews but holy cow. I’ve never been to a place that’s as perpetually mismanaged. Always out of stuff, drink machines either down, out, or not attended to. And you can usually rely on at least one thing being wrong with your order. Food is usually ok, but good lord. Get it
