I have been eating at Capris since the mid 80s and am always pleased with what I have. It isn’t “authentic” Italian, and isnt strong in flavors like some places, but whatever it is, I enjoy it ! Management has always addressed concerns, and been accommodating for large parties although you might have to wait. The earlier you get there the better!!! I try to get there when it opens.(Please get baby changing tables if you haven’t already)Parking is a pain but nothing more can be done about that so I don’t count off for that.
Food was not good. Onion rings had no flavor, shrimp tasted old, fish was flavorless, may have been frozen, just guessing. The other 3 in our party were also less than excited. Manager was very friendly and waitress was ok.

My wife and I were born and raised here and capris has been the staple for Italian food locally. The very best in all areasParking: Plenty of room for dine in and marked very well for pickup orders.
Been coming here for years but last night will be the last time!!! Lasagna was COLD the salads were mostly lettuce and baked potato tasted like tin foil! The last 3 times it wasn’t good! Something has changed and it cost too much money for the nasty food we got! Very disappointed and they will lose business if they keep this up! Lost 2 faithful customers last night!

Customer service is lacking. Waitress and cashier acted as if we were an inconvenience to them. Both were rude for no reason at all. Food was okay. They weren't busy and we weren't difficult customers.
We ordered Toasted Ravioli, Chicken Parm, Lasagna, & Tortellini. Everything was average. Wanted to love it, but just not very good. Sauce was a bit sweet and quality was ok.

Food was excellent. Spaghetti and meatballs were slightly sweet, if you like that. Lasagna for 2 was delicious. Bread with meal and captain waffers for salad.Parking: Get there early. Parking fills up quick. And it's a very big parking lot.
