It's great but sometimes stuff is forgotten. Like only one sauce for a large fry and sandwich when I put Max sauces on both or chicken minis but they give me just the buns and no chicken in them. It's not always a big deal but often I'm on my way to work and I don't check the bag until after i leave the parking lot and get back on the road.

We love chick fil a. The only issue this time was that we had to go back up to the counter 3 times to get the sauces we had asked for while ordering. It's a good thing we didn't order to go!!

Manager kristy or kristy was very unkind and uncaring as i walked away today with nothing to eat due to an error with the app. I was speaking with Maggie( very sweet) who let me know the app made a mistake and Kristy felt the need to chime in and cut the conversation bone dry saying basically “too bad” ( even if there was nothing she can do she wasnt compassionate at all) REGARDLESS i was having a great day and this is my first time ever leaving a review for a restaurant. That goes to show how how poorly i was treated today.

I live nearish to this chick fil a (the new building) and come here all the time, but have never felt pulled to leave a review, until today! This morning, Chuck, who was working the drive thru was a ray of sunshine! His energy and demeanor made my morning!

It's one thing to once in a while to short a meal, but I've been keeping track and I'm on 4 times in a row of shorting my meal. Paying for a large, and receiving a medium/small is just getting beyond old. I used to work here, and when I worked there, that was never a problem. It's been going down hill, and continues to.

Ordered a meal and the fries were dark and cold. I sent them back and they were brought back to my table asking me what was wrong with them and I told them and they said that’s how they suppose to look. They were very rude and wanted to argue! This is my favorite restaurant. I am 60 years old and this was the first bad experience I ever had!

Chick-fil-A is just amazing wherever you go! I have never really been to one that has ever has subpar service, food, or experience! They are always topnotch wherever you go! Just like Waffle House they are always the same! To me, that is a major draw of any food chain! Consistency is wonderful! You always know what you are getting! Throw in the amazing experience and food of Chick-fil-A, and you have something to go for over and over!

Easley chick fil a barely breads their chicken. They also have chicken strip size patties for breakfast. The chicken was cold and rubbery. Didn’t eat!
