Pleasantly surprised. Granted it was fries with cheese on them. But I've never had cook out and for years heard people say it was bad. Yet when I went recently my fries were hot and seasoned pretty well. Not bad for fast service. Only qualm is the drive thru is a bit confusing depending on which lane you go through.

It's cheap fast food. I was kinda surprised that an order of onion rings was only 4 rings. I ordered a burger, and they asked what I wanted on it, I said whatever it comes with, surprised again that they put an additional charge on the bill for 1 skinny tomatoe slice. Some of the tables were so sticky I couldn't sit at them.

My boyfriend went to pick up food for my daughter and upon getting his food by a girl named Vivian he was disrespected. Vivian, when someone goes through a drive thru and wants a bag for our order then give the bag without the eye roll and rudeness. It’s not hard to hand a bag to a customer that is paying for their food in order to pay you a check! To the manager that was called for the complaint, it’s wise to make your employee walk away and not continue the disrespect! They have the worst customer service in all of Easley, I hate my family likes going there because the quality of how it is prepared is the worst cookout of any they eat at. Luckily, my boyfriend respects young people and isn’t a loose cannon.

Came to get the hot dog with relish and they were out of relish. The restaurant was dirty and the ice machine had ice overflowing onto the floor. The tables were dirty. I have never seen this restaurant so dirty.
