They took my favorite item off the menu. For years, copper river was my favorite place to eat, and I always got the prime rib "voodoo style". Now that they've removed it, I have no reason to eat here anymore. Very sad, it was one of my favorite meals.

My wife and I came here for lunch today. Our waitress was an older lady named Deborah C. She was the best waitress we've had in a long time. She might have moved a little slower but she got everything right. Great customer service. We had the house salad which is always good. I had the she-crab soup which was very good. And we tried the new fried Chicken club. It was different but it tasted very good.

First time.. the wait time was long but understanding(MOTHERS DAY) our waitress was outstanding (Arianna)very friendly and professional as for our meal it was very good everyone's steak was how we ordered them and my grand loved the pizza!!! For it to be a holiday I have to say COPPER RIVER thank you for an enjoyable meal and service...

Everything was horrible. Dining room was half full yet they were on a 40 minute wait. When we ordered, it took 50 minutes to get our drinks. Three of the teams were set instead of unsweet. We got our appetizers after we got our meals. We.never got refills on our drinks. One of.our burgers was burned and the cheese was caramelized. We asked for a new one. Instead it took 20 minutes and we got the same burger back with a new piece of cheese. Terrible experience. I wish we had stayed home

This is a neat place. Our experience wasn't perfect. The service was a bit slow. Prices were on the higher side but matched the atmosphere. My son's sandwich bun was soppy and mushy. But the rest of us really liked everything. Especially the drinks and dessert.

The food is very nice. Made fresh and correctly. However that waitstaff seems like they are in prison being punished for some sort of crime. No smiles, mumbled responses, or just plain ignoring of customers. If you could get the food without having to deal with a staff that is serious need of life support it would be good.

It was my daughter’s first visit to Copper Grill. The food did NOT disappoint! Our waitress was great and our food was well proportioned.

First we were told it would be 10 minuets to wait for a table when at least 10 tables were open at 2 pm. Then we waited for our server to order our food when it came out all four dinners were cold! Cold fries, cold pasta, cold burger and Luke warm steak. In fact my baked potato was so cold it would not melt the butter. The ticket was over 80.00 for 4 meals of food we had to take home to heat before eating. I will not return( bad food bad service ) not worth the wait or price.
We don't eat out a lot, which means we may not be the most discriminating of diners, but even at that, this was a first-class experience. There was a 45-minute wait, which is kind of to be expected at 5:30 on a Saturday night. It was noisy when we arrived, but it calmed down after a little bit. Our server, Michaela was top-notch, overcoming the wait and the noise and preserving the 5-star experience.The food was really good. We had a rack of bbq ribs, an appetizer of bbq nachos, and the kids had cheeseburgers and macaroni. The food was reasonably prompt to arrive, and the good service continued through the meal.We also enjoyed a ridiculously large turtle brownie, which we split between the 7 of us (5 kids, 2 adults).Who knows when we will return, as it was 75 dollars to feed 7, including the tip. But we waddled out, stuffed full, and very pleased with a delightful experience.

I will never again try to give this restaurant my business. I went in tonight with family. I was abruptly told they cannot seat over 6. I said fine we can split our group and sit separate. The hostess very rudely still refused to sit us, stating that made it hard for the kitchen. When I told her we would have different checks she argued with me and said she would have to ask her manager and she really didn't want to do that. After seeing they obviously didn't want our business we left. Not only was she unprofessional, she was very rude. We will gladly give out money to other business that appreciate it.

Food here was great. Loaded cheese oh my goodness delicious, and was more than enough for two people and I'm a big guy. I ate those with my wife along with the Big foot mother in law, and my wife had the Vito pizza it's awesome also. We couldn't finish half. Well worth the money. These two items are a must try along with the loaded beacon cheese fries. You will not be disappointed, enjoy!!!
