No muffins, pastries at 10:30 am. Hadegg bite, prts were old under cooked. Hot chocolate, large was extremely hot.after twenty minutes stoll too hot to sop. Very disappointed, service,food availability was much better at old location.

I really don’t understand why these girls at this location have to be so rude. My husband went on Sunday to get me a muffin. Not knowing the hours of operation and thought it was 8:00pm, he sat at the order for board and talked to the girl and was never waited on and went to the window. Finally someone came to the window and was so rude to him, after stating “do you need something”. Well yea, how bout some service? All she had to say is “I’m sorry we close at 5 on Sundays. There is no excuse for being rude. It cost nothing to be nice. We will be going to powdersville for now on.

Ordered an iced vanilla chai not noticing that the girl put in the wrong order (iced vanilla bean latte). When I got the drink and noticed it was wrong I went to ask if it could be remade and was told I’d be charged for both. I understand it wasted product but the girl was very snarky about it.

I walked in to the aroma of fresh coffee and the sound of a blender. I was welcomed by both Emily and Hannah. Emily suggested the iced bunny ears. Hannah wanted to make it her way so I told her that I trust her. She made my new favorite drink, it was so good that I asked her to write the recipe for me. Excellent customer service and I can not wait to go back.

I mean, they charge for a cup of water. They ask a thousand questions for a simple coffee order like they're harvesting customer data. Everything is an upsell. It's the opposite of a cozy local coffee shop where people know your name.

After paying and then waiting another 15 minutes at the window a worker finally came and told me they lost my ticket, then I’m told they’re out of bananas and hands me whatever they decided to make. A little communication could have made the experience totally different.
