We have been eating at this location for a few years now, as my daughter likes the rice. We have visited pretty frequently. The staff, outside of the manager/Owen, are very nice and provide good service. The food is good. However the attitude of the manager/owner lady is disappointing. So disappointing, we have family and friends share their experiences and have decided to stop going to this location. As we will as of today. She is NOT kid friendly by any means. So, if you are a family with younger children, I would advise not to eat in. The manager/owner has treated poorly a few times in the past, and we over looked it due knowing she probably is there all day long and has alot on her. However, it will no longer over looked. Even her staff have apologized on her behalf.

The chef was the best hibachi chef I've ever had. He was very entertaining, and his food was great! The problem was the girl that took our orders, she didn't have a good personality, and wasn't very friendly. Also, beware, they automatically added a 20% tip to all our bills and didn't tell us.

Great food and atmosphere! They have the best fried rice ? because they put bacon ? in it. Highly recommend.
Went for a birthday party.Our two appetizers (Dynamite and Kani salad) were really good.Our hibachi chef was entertaining and had jokes that made our meal entertaining and enjoyable.Our hibachi order was one chicken and one snapper dinner. Both were tasty and plenty of food for leftovers to take home.

I AM DONE, letting this nasty place get money from me! #1 The woman upfront wearing gloves and mask, touches money, trash, then yep you guessed it YOUR FOOD with the same gloves. See gloves are an issue when you do not change them because subconsciously you feel that you can touch anything without getting your hands dirty and hey you are not eating the food so what is a little germs spread around?#2 That is not real chicken, tasteless#3 The little cups of soy sauce are an insult to the cost of soy sauce and how we are overpaying for fake chicken and germs to be spread over everything!! I asked for more the waitress said I had plenty with 2 tiny cups filled 1/4 full and I had four sushi rolls at my table.

I don’t like to post negative comments about restaurants unless it’s absolutely essential. Well this post certainly is worth sharing.Our waitress was excellent! The owner ( older Asian lady) was the extremely rude and told us, “ we are too busy to bring out ice cream for your birthday”! She wasn’t our server but we asked her anyway. That’s the reason we went to hibachi so the kid could get the show at the grill and the birthday song.Our food was ice cold because the wait was an hour so we choose to sit at the tables instead of waiting for the hibachi grill. We’ve never sat at the tables before. They gave us very little steak and vegetables.We will never return to this location. It was a horrible experience except for our server. She was so apologetic.

Always enjoy their chicken hibachi! Takeout is always well packed and you get all the sides! My go-to hibachi place out in Easley.
Went in on a weekday lunch. Restaurant was empty, no music, you could hear a pin drop. It created a really weird ambiance. Miso soup came out at room temp, mushrooms were still crisp-raw, usually the heat from the soup softens them up. Volcano roll had no flavor except for topping. Beef teriyaki box was just grilled steak with cold plumb sauce dumped on top. The best thing on the plate were the vegetables and fried rice, because they were the only thing with flavor. I want to see restaurants like this do well, but this was a disappointment.

WOW! This place is my new spot. Amazing service, sushi, prices, and atmosphere. The owner was genuine and cared about all of his customers. Our server was attentive and made sure everything was amazing. Everyone check this place out you won’t regret it.

They have cut their portion sizes in half but the prices remain the same. We used to have enough to take home for lunch the next day but not anymore. We ordered extra rice and got a very small portion. Then the cook gave everyone at the table extra rice that we had payed for.

It was so fresh and excellent that I could NOT say anything negative about it.I ordered:Steak & Shrimp Hibachi w/no mushrooms1-Extra White Sauce1-Godzilla Roll1-NY Roll1-Lobster Roll1-Paula Roll1-Calamari Salad2-orders of Spring RollsEverything was cooked to perfection and extremely fresh. This is about the 20th time I’ve ordered not only in person sitting down but to go. They have NOT once Failed to give me not only quality quick service but quick delivery of the Food and it’s definitely Fresh!I would absolutely recommend this Restaurant to anyone. The Staff is exceptional as well as the Service and Quality of the Food.Vegetarian options: Any of the foods can be ordered without meat and without any problems. The Staff is very conscientious about the Service of the Customers and they are more than eager to please. The Owner has some of the BEST STAFF I’ve ever had from most Restaurants. I cannot complain about anything from this Restaurant. We’ve been coming here for about 17-years or a little less. I’ve brought friends, family, etc. Not one person has ever been disappointed. Highly recommended!!Dietary restrictions: I’m allergic to Mushrooms and they readily remove that from all of my dishes upon request.Kid-friendliness: Kids are allowed to come in and my granddaughter’s are well behaved and they enjoy the food very much.Wheelchair accessibility: My daughter is a Quadrapelegic and we’ve visited with her here in the past without any problems and we were quickly seated. We are within walking distance and it’s very convenient from our neighborhood.
