The food was so awesome as always!! The staff is so friendly and always smile. Most places these days have forgotten what customer service is about! But not at Fatz!

Used to love coming here after I moved from NC as this was something we ate on special occasions there. It was good but over the years a serious decline happened. The corporate/Area Director needs to step in big time. I no longer eat here under any circumstances. The last time I tried to eat here was on my sisters birthday two years ago. It was just me and her. We were seated in the bar area which I found odd because our waitress had other guest seated in what I can only describe as the pit. Our waitress had three tables the rest of the restaurant was empty. After waiting 20 mins or more finally recived our drinks, we ordered our food, and proceeded to be ignored and wait. About another 20 minutes in a live roach fell on to our table. Then another. We killed both with the salt and pepper shakers. We didn't know what to do and we wanted to try to be polite but after a person from the bar finally acknowledged we were there we told them what happened. They just took the shakers and wiped the table down. A very skinny Karen like manager came and sat down in our booth. Told us our meal was complete and that stuff like this happens in restaurants all the time. Then suggested we stay to eat the food because she runs a clean buisness and the back of the kitchen was very clean. About an hour and a half in we got the food, salad and rolls to the table. We tried to eat as the manager stayed close by watching us but we couldn't stomach it as a third roach fell off the light and we left. Hopefully its doing better but wouldn't recommend.

a lil expensive for small amounts of food. Service wasn't to good either. Bring us completely something different than we ordered n was turning people away by telling them there was an hour n half wait for a table when there was probably at best 8 tables being used 2 hours b4 closing time. Dont recommend.

Unfortunately, this particular Fatz has gone downhill. I'm not sure if it's a company-wide issue or just this location. It has the feel of just waiting to close it's doors. The wait staff was awesome. Everything else was subpar. An absolutely terrible steak for $21.99, the kitchen was understaffed and everything was really slow. In our party of three, two of us were finished dining before the third received their entree. Disappointing.

This is usually our go-to spot. Tonight was horrible. We sat at the bar and were disappointed when none of our regular bartenders were there. We always give newbies a chance but we were let down emmensley. Our bartender was not only nonattentive but completely inept for the four parties she was tasked with. Thursday night is all-you-can-eat ribs night. After one hour seated in a not so busy section with no food, we decided to leave. This is the only time that the "bowling shirt management member" was any help. He comped our drinks and apologized. Never again will we step foot in Fatz without checking first if Marquis, Maddie, or Alexis is working the bar. Maybe if someone was properly trained by them we would consider dining there. Management is an ongoing problem here. We hope they figure this issue out quickly.

Absolute worst service ever. There are only 4 tables seated and our waitress hasn’t refilled our drinks after asking for it 3 times. The service explains why they have no business.

Not a great way to bring back customers. I’ve not eaten here in probably 10 years but it will be a very long time before my family returns. Positive our new waitress was sweet & they are not making people wear masks. Now the bad! Once we placed our drink order it took 15 minutes (a water, tea, and soda) food order placed kids burger, pot roast, chicken and over 30 minutes later our food showed up, no ketchup for burger that took another 5 minutes and a reminder to our waitress, food was average and pot roast warm at best. No drink refills offered. So why was our new waitress slow? Well poor management had her working all the tables probably around 6-7 it looks like they had 1 cook. When we finally got our rolls they were hot and fresh but very small think of a dunkin donut munchkins.

Went to FATZ in Easley today (3/12/21) and was seated immediately. Which sad to say was the best part of our service. Sat there for 12 mins with not so much as a waitress walk by.. needless to say my friend and I went straight across the street to Applebee’s and was served immediately!

I did not enjoy my food at all. My order was correct but however I did not like the food. The quality of the food was subpar and not worth the money. The staff was very professional and polite though.

We finally decided to go to Fatz after two strikeouts at two other Easley eateries. The host tried to put us at some dark, abandoned table in the corner and I politely requested one among the rest of the patrons. That was weird. I must have upset their section chart because we didn't get any service for like, 10 minutes. Finally, someone came over and asked if we had been helped or greeted, to which I replied in the negative. He said he would go ahead and get our drinks and food orders and about 30 minutes later we ate. The food was good and the prices are not bad here. Our bread was hot and fresh. I haven't been to Fatz in at least a year, and last time I did go, it was to this location. It wasn't an awful visit; I'm just glad we finally found somewhere to eat. I do think we could have had a better experience, but it's whatever. Thanks, Fatz.

Slightly disappointed in the food quality on this visit. I ordered fried fish. Although freshness and temperature was present, it was lacking overall flavor. The fillets were considerably smaller and flavor not quite the same. No masks except for one employee. Thank you! Safety first.

Fast service. Mom loved her shrimp dinner and hubby enjoyed his fried fish platter. I was supposed to have the chicken and shrimp dinner, but only got chicken. As we ate at home, no way was I going back. There was a little 'kick' ( some hot spice?) in the chicken and I didn't know it came that way...my bad. I'm not a fan, but it was cooked well?

Great dining out experience during the pandemic. Our Server Emily was absolutely perfect, the food was fabulous and the portions were phenominal! Fatz never dissapoints especially when it counts!
