Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru and got the wrong burger and missed a order of fries. Burgers were nothing but char and Fries were cold. Disappointed to say the least.

I was very disappointed when I got to work and seen that I was giving less than a handful of french fries which was also old and dried out
Paid $8 for a chili cheese dog. Went home and had no cheese or onions. This is totally unacceptable and not worth a trip back.

Don't waste your time going here. It used to be good, but that was a long time ago. The chicken is dried out and has glue in it. The burgers look and taste like they were scraped off a grill that hasn't been cleaned in weeks, the cheese they put on it is too small to even see, and if you're lucky enough to get fries that haven't been sitting under a heat lamp for hours, they'll forget stuff in your order so by the time you get to them they'll be stale. I don't know if it's new management or just negligence across the board but my family will never go here again.
Tables all dirty, place a wreck. Food basically stunk. Employees all standing around talking. All while Motown music blasting the entire time. Not my usual experience here, ?♂️ what happened today. But it sucked!

Freddy's is our place to go with our grandchildren. Almost every time. We love the burgers. The patting and crispy edges are the best. Thin crispy fries, with their special sauce. Yum Then, that creamy custard ice cream, very tasty.

We initially went through the drive-thru, and it went well. They were quick and friendly enough. We decided to eat in the car since our dog was with us and was acting too crazy about our food for us to eat while driving. We decided to order the cold custard-based items online after we ate. It took 45+ minutes to get these two items picked up inside. Initial experience was fine. Second one right after, not so much. The food was good both times though. I'd probably still go back.
