We went to The Silos and I was craving Indian food. I ordered the Banging Samosas and a pick 2 of the phat rolls. I went with the Masala Steak and the Malai Chicken. The chicken roll was dry, but the sauce provided definitely made it better. The masala steak was very delicious. Definitely need the pick 3 as they are smaller than imagined. The Samosas were good. Just wish there was more than 2. They and the chickpeas were too spicy for her but right up my alley. I definitely will try the chicken tikki bowl next time.

We ordered the falafel bowl and chicken tikka bowl, and it was a whole bunch of rice and a few pieces of chicken/falafel on it, there was hardly any saunce and the food had no flavour, it was like eating plain rice Food was extremely dry.Horrible experience. And expensive for what it was worth.

Paid over $35 for 2 bowls of food that was definitely not worth the price, I was excited to try it because of the reviews but honestly what we ordered was just a pile of rice with a sprinkle of dry chicken and some cucumbers. My husband ordered the butter chicken and it was mostly very tomatoey sauce with little bits of chicken. It definitely wasn’t that authentic, we’ve had some real Indian cuisine and this just wasn’t it.

Indigo Kitchen is a hidden gem for Indian street food enthusiasts! Tried their samosas and was genuinely shocked at how amazing they were—the perfect blend of flavors and the spice level was spot on. Each bite was a burst of culinary delight! Can't wait to return for more. A definite recommendation for anyone craving authentic and delicious Indian street food. ??

The silos are an awesome place. Great service, super nice and helpful staff. Indigo has amazing food, great authentic spices and lots of options for vegetarian and meat lovers.Vegetarian options: Multiple veg apps and 3 main veg options. I tried all 3 and they are great!
Just moved to the Easley area from NJ and have been very underwhelmed with the food options. Until I found this place! i have tried this place twice already and both times I was blown away. The food has so much flavor and the portions are huge. Highly recommend two meals and an appetizer and then sharing it between 2-3 of you so you can try more of their meals. You won’t be disappointed!

I cannot remember what I ordered, but I have to eat gluten free and the young man who helped me was so knowledgeable! I was ordering food to take home to Greenwood. When I arrived home, my husband and I shared the meal. We were both amazed at the flavor and tenderness of the chicken. We will visit indigo kitchen again when in Easley!Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free

Drove to Easley because I was craving something different after Thanksgiving and was not disappointed. It's at the Silos and the seating is outdoors or take away. I got there fairly early and it wasn't busy so the guy at the window was very happy to explain what they had and make suggestions. I got 3 phat rolls; chicken tikka, steak and falafel. The roll is a buttered Naan round. They each had different sauces and toppings, all were good. Personally I'd rank them falafel as the best, chicken tikka, and steak 3rd. I was disappointed they didn't have any lassi but maybe next time.

Pretty good food, small portions though and pricy. Staff is always friendly though and it's in a very cute area to hang with people at.

Get a selection of their apps, especially the Chaat Bombs, very unique and tasty. Samosas also quality served swimming in a hearty chick pea stew.
