Allessa was great to work with! Not only was she responsive and helpful, but the desserts she and her staff made were beautiful and tasted delicious! We had a dessert bar that included a cake, three flavors of cupcakes, brownies, chocolate chip cookies, and cheesecake shooters. Our guests could not stop talking about how great all of the desserts tasted throughout the night!

We found Allessa at a wedding festival and THANK GOD WE DID! She was the ONLY caterer there that had gluten-free samples to taste. After trying a few (okay, maybe more than a few), we knew we had to hire her for our wedding. To put it simply, her gluten-free cake is the BEST I have ever tasted. It does not have a weird texture or dry like many gluten-free treats. We ordered different flavored cupcakes and later added on some gluten-free dessert shooters. ALL of my guests were commenting on how delicious everything was. They particularly loved the shooters. Not one person knew or could tell they were gluten-free. The banana pudding dessert shooter is to die for! Allessa was friendly and professional throughout the entire process from meeting her to tasting to setting up and delivery. Everything was perfect for our day, thank you Allessa!

If you’re looking for the perfect wedding cake baker, you found them! We ordered a 3 tier vegan cake and gluten free cupcakes to accommodate food allergies at our wedding. We ordered a larger quantity so that we would have more slices than guests, but we still ran out! Our guests were going back for second and third slices. ? The design was beautiful and everyone raved about the taste. I can’t recommend Kathy & Co enough!Pro tip: get the vegan chocolate with peanut butter as well as vegan butter cake flavors. You won’t be disappointed!

We were able to send her some inspiration photos and they did an amazing job. The cake quality and flavor was great and they provide instructions and materials to freeze the top layer for your anniversary.

The cake tasting was delicious! Allessa was very nice and worked with my daughter to bring her vision to life. They went a little over the budget I set so my only suggestion to anyone going for a wedding cake is to give the budget to Alessa up front, I didn't so that's on me.
