Waited over 30 minutes for a mobile order that said it was ready when I got there. DO NOT PLACE MOBILE ORDERS. I’m still waiting as I’m submitting this review. Had to remind the cashier twice I was here. Nice service but terrible wait times.

My family and I had the buffet was amazing but should add some more options like Mac and cheese and other things from the menu but other than that my family and I were not disappointed at this time.

They had just opened buffet. Food was hard - even original recipe. Took more than 5 minutes to get someone to register to order. Cost too much for dried our chicken.

Placed order. Instead of letting me know they was out of food I ordered. Then sent what they wanted. Call and lady on phone was very rude and told me not there fault. It is when what I ordered (coleslaw) they are out of. Really. And mix of chicken. Not all original.

DO NOT GO TO THE KFC IN EASLEY!!!!Every time I’ve gone in every member of the poor staff, working there appears to be frantic. They close the buffet an hour or two or more before advertised. They can’t get orders out fast enough, and now they’ve resorted to not turning on the outside lights in hopes that people will think they’re closed because there’s not enough staff. The business must be in trouble or they’re not paying enough. If you want, KFC, drive a little further, and go elsewhere! (Or better yet, there are many other fast food places that sell fried chicken!)

I pull up to the drive-thru with one car in front of me. They leave after about 3 minutes of sitting there. I sit there for another 3 minutes, and eventually I say, "Hello?" A lady comes on the speaker and tells me they're "waiting for the line to clear, and it'll be 20 minutes for chicken, sorry."20 minutes for CHICKEN? It's almost the ONLY thing you do.I leave, and as I pull around, there are ZERO cars at the window and maybe 3 cars in the lot.Maybe, I don't know, have chicken ready? Maybe, I don't know, tell me at the speaker that you're delayed instead of me waiting there for nothing?

Went thru drive thru ordered chicken pot pie combo with unsweet teaWas asked to pull into wait for meal. Was given sweet tea - big no no for diabetic when order was delivered to car VERY nice man switched tea for unsweetened. When got food home guess what no pie but 6 tendersMy last order from there..Dietary restrictions: Please don't give diabetic sweet tea
