First experience at a Longhorn. We were there about an hour. Saw the waitress 3 times, once to get order, once for water and once for ketchup after somebody else delivered our food. Got only a single water fill for our party of 3 during the hour. That is, 1 of our 3 cups got refilled the entire stay.-There was no bread when we arrived-The medium-done burger was well done-The fries were coldThe steamed broccoli and steak were good. Between the mid-higher prices compared to other restaurants in town and poor service, we won't be returning.

I wish I could give the service 10 stars. We had Cade and he was just amazing. He was very thoughtful and made sure we were taken care of. He even went as far as putting a lime in a to go cup of water when my mom was drinking water with lime during her meal. It’s something small like that makes the difference in a good server and a great server. He’s one of my the best servers we have ever had anywhere.
Place was packed (including lines out the door for seating) on a Saturday night, so just got a to-go order. Was told it would be a 30 minute wait for to-go, but was gotten right in to place the order and was delivered out front to my car in 15! Very grateful for the quick, and tasty service.

The service was great! The waiter was very friendly and attentive. Longhorn must have new cooks. I ALWAYS order my steak well done, and it has ALWAYS been cooked to perfection until this visit. When I received my food, the steak was CHARRED/BURNED/CRISPY/ NOT EDIBLE. The waiter offered to take it back, but I never send food back for any reason.

I have never written a review before but the service my family and I were provided brought tears to my eyes my daughter is non verbal autistic and it’s typically hard to bring her to restaurants but we thought we would give it a go since it was her birthday our server was a beautiful young lady named Lexie when I tell ya’ll she had so much patience and was so educated on autism and helped make our stay go smoothly I truly mean it she even provided our daughter with a birthday sundae for free! my daughter who rarely ever speaks in public actually said her name and has been asking for her for the past 2 days! We will definitely be back and will be asking for Lexie again! Thank you for making a situation that is normally stressful stress free!
