Ordered take out- first- they offered a discount for the 2-topping large pizza online- as I came and picked it up- if I would not had mentioned it, I'd payed twice as much.Even though I ordered and immediately went to pick it up- the pizza was relatively cold and the taste was not really what I'd expected. Might be an insult- but I had better at Little Cesar's.Too expensive for what you get. Not worth it.

Ordered delivery to the pool for my friends and their kids, the pizza showed up, tough, cold, and I think they forgot they were making pizza because there was barely any cheese on it. For nearly $30 you'd think two large pizzas would be high quality. That's what I get for not just ordering Little Caesars. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone.

I ordered an XL pizza for the family. The delivery guy shows up with a large. The manager says they will make me a new one but I have to pay the extra cost, then proceeds to talk over me as I try to explain what is wrong. I paid for an XL pizza but she wanted to charge me more to make another one. That's not how a business works. She needs to be fired ASAP!!!

We placed our order close to closing time & instantly received a phone call asking if we could be there before 11:01 to pick up our order since they were having professional cleaners come in this evening. Both employees I spoke with were very nice & respectful even saying it wasn’t a problem instead of being rude & irritated. The food was excellent as usual.

The store let me wait 2 hours on a delivery, then told me they didn't have the pizza. Told them another pizza would be fine, and it was already refunded? Pretty sure communication with the customer is the first step of that process. I will NEVER order from you again. I"ll be lucky if i can even get food tonight after this f****** ordeal.

Love the staff super friendly and helpful. Especially the closers! The pizza is really good and always hot and fresh. And there cinnamon squares are so good your gonna feel like you might be an addict. because you always need more. And will order those almost every day of the week! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My husband and I went here last night around 11pm and ordered a large pizza, Greek salad, and cinnamon squares. Everything was phenomenal! The pizza was done right, the Greek salad was super fresh and the best salad I’ve had from a pizza place, and the cinnamon squares were absolutely delicious! The staff were also super helpful and friendly. We definitely will be ordering from here again!

Ordered a few times during normal hours for the order to be cancelled. The last time we ordered after 45 minutes checked the status online and it stated under manager review. Called up there to request a refund and they wanted to argue that they called me and spoke to me and I said it was ok to come later in the day, I never once received a call or spoke to anyone. If someone would have called me I would have went and pick it up myself. But since it was for lunch, I wouldn't need it later in the day and the option to pick it up wasn't given to me.

I have a nice conversation with the gentleman that was sitting inside and the person at the counter was very friendly and helpful.
We ordered a large thin crust pepperoni and mushroom pizza from the Easley store. I did not include any photos because it looked like a pizza is supposed to. It tasted great, plenty of toppings evenly covering the pizza, all for a very reasonable price. I see us being repeat customers on a weekly basis.Second visit was even better than the first. We ordered a thin crust supreme pizza. It was loaded with toppings, very delicious, was ready when I got there to pick it up. The person behind the counter was sharp, friendly and did a great job of cutting the pizza,. A nice change from my Little Caesars experience where the person behind the counter looked unhappy to be there and handed me a mess of a pizza. Marco’s is our only pizza place from now on. Great job Marco’s!

This is the first time we have ordered from Marcos pizza. We ordered an extra large pepperoni and feta cheese pizza. A side of cheesy bread, Greek salad, and cinnamon squares. $37.02 The pizza was tough. There was 6 inches all the way around the pizza with no cheese and hardly any feta. The cheesy bread was real doughy. The Greek salad was the worst. It was so small and packed with so much onions and not enough lettuce. Even the cinnamon squares were tough.. We called the manager. She called the GM to see what they could do. They did give us a full refund, because we were not happy. That's why they got 2 stars.
