The Easley location should go down the street to Chick Filet and learn how to run a drive thru. Your order is taken, you pay and then are told to park in a numbered spot. Problem is I waited 20 min and they had a different number on my order than I was told to park in.

There are some great people here, but I have decided not to go back in the future due the multiple inaccuracies in my order. Most of the food has gotten very expensive so at least the food should be fresh and accurate. Find that they miss yhe mark more than hit it.

First, it's a McDonald's. I keep my expectations really low. But this location is CLEAN, which is more than you can say for a lot of others. Food was pretty quick and decent temperature. Service was cordial but again, it's McDonald's y'all. Overall a worthy stop.

McDonald's has, in my opinion, lost its place as one of the top fast food restaurants around. They aren't changing as needs change. All their food has gotten to taste the same. The most annoying practice that seems to be franchise wide around here is that more then 75% of the time I ask for any ice cream, shakes or Mcflurries i get the response: "Our ice cream machine is down.". That drives me insane so I have stopped going to Donald's for anything except breakfast occasionally. Though now other fast food places outshine McDonald's. Generally, the staff at McDonald's seem to need more training or better pay to give them some motivation.
