The Moe beef bowl with Moe's sauce was great! AND it came with free chips! Hear that, Chipotle? Free chips! Even better is that it cost way less than Chipotle.

This place was absolutely dirty. No soap in the bathroom. The floors were so sticky. I felt grosse after being in this place. Also service was ok but not great.

I had to wait for my online order for an hour this place ignores people and can't get it together to make my 2 bowls I ordered way ahead of time I do not recommend this place terrible service I will never order from here again ?

The people are great and the service was excellent. My problem is with the company as a whole. We got 2 burritos with drinks and it was over $30. I get inflation but this is a bit much. We recreated the meal at home and fed 5 people with left overs for roughly the same price.Until we stop going to these restaurants, the prices will never go down.
UPDATED REVIEW.Never will I step foot into this establishment again, got my usual the other day moe meat moe cheese.The young lady walked up after finishing my burrito and asked the young man working if he gave me fresh chips. He’s shrugs his shoulders all while trying to fling whatever it was he just scraped off the floor with a putty knife, over the chips that were just dumped on the counter with no care whatsoever!Then I watch him put the old stale chips back into the fryer with the substance all over them.They had multiple people behind the counter who were obviously not employed there maybe family of an employee, hands not clean touching food and then serving it. If this is going on in front of customers with no care what else is happening while we’re not watching??
We went there because at previous Moe's we had good food and experience. This one, not so much. The place was so dirty. It was lunch rush, so I give them some leniency, but when chairs have dirt ground into the fabric you realize that cleaning is simply not part of their agenda.The tables and chairs were disgusting and in disrepair. Many of the chairs had torn fabric, all had ground in dirt, and the tables had broken legs, wobbly bases, one table was even becoming delaminated on the underside. If the front of the house was this dirty, how does the back of the house look? I'm afraid to even ask, or see what the not public areas look like.
