Out of all the Panera Breads I have visited and FYI I just discovered Panera bread a couple months ago when Atlanta Bread company let me down! But the one in Easley, the oatmeal was wet and not dry, the pastry did not taste dry, old or hard it tasted FRESH!!! Good Job Michael and team in Easley!

It’s been nearly 6 months since visiting this location. I was VERY disappointed with every part of my visit! Seeing as the kitchen area is partially open to view employees in the back while you wait for your food, all I could see was the team lead walking around on his phone then handling food items. Other employees playing with their phones/hair/stocking stickers on each other then HANDLING my food items. In my 15 years of food service, no sir no mam! This generation of workers is very disappointing not to mention, the lack of care they put into our $32.00 meal. Heather was the only kind face who took the time to remake my smoothie, filled with chunks of ice for $7.00 and my half cooked sandwich that’s cold and my poorly heated soup. Is this how we operate? Please, please do not continue in this direction! Panera is one of the few restaurants I enjoy coming too.

I did a drive through pick up order- everything was super fresh and delicious. The girl in the drive-through was very sweet & went out of her way to make sure my frozen strawberry lemonade was fresh for when I was picking up. I'll make it a point to come back to this location!

I ordered the Butternut Squash soup and an Asian Sesame salad with marinated chicken. Both items were superb! My soup was served in a sourdough bread bowl! Just like a taste of San Francisco on a chilly, clear January day for me! Plus, a longtime friend and I enjoyed a delicious meal and some great conversation as the restaurant wasn't too crowded to talk comfortably. A great meal on a great day!Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking spaces very close to the door and wide aisles for easy passage by wheelchairs.

Keep in mind I paid $27 for this order. I went to the drive thru and ordered a chicken cordon bleu and a pepperoni mozzarella melt. I got home and the chicken cordon bleu was missing the chicken and the lettuce. They gave me sides of bread instead of chips. So I ended up with subs with sides of bread. Had they told me they were out of chips I would have ordered soup. I called the restaurant and after arguing with the girl on the phone I did not get the issue resolved. I will not visit this restaurant again. The food and service were both terrible.

While reading this keep in mind I paid $27 for this food. I went to the drive thru at the Easley location and ordered a chicken cordon bleu and a pepperoni and mozzarella melt sandwich. I get home and there's no chicken on the chicken cordon bleu so I called the restaurant and the girl said she would remake that sandwich. Ok. So I said well I need my whole order remade because by the time I bring the chicken cordon bleu back and get back home the other sandwich which is mine is going to be cold (the chicken cordon bleu is for my boyfriend that's on his way home from work). So she said she could only remake the sandwich they messed up. So after arguing with her about that which didn't get resolved and my boyfriend is eating a chicken cordon bleu with no chicken and no lettuce too cause they left that off the sandwich as well I asked why I got 2 pieces of bread with my sandwiches she said oh we were out of chips. What? Why didn't you tell me and I would have ordered some soup to go with the sandwiches? So now we have some half ass sandwiches with a side of bread. Also the pepperoni mozzarella melt is so dry I had to smother it in ranch dressing. Never will I return to that location or probably any other one. Save your money and just go to Subway.

The feta cheese on the Baja bowl I ordered was spoiled/out of date.

Panera, what bread bowl is this?? How am I suppose to eat soup out of a bowl thats opening is on the side? Especially since the soup was runny and not thick like usual. ?
