It's the worst place ever. I just came from here. Payed $8 for a small smoothie that I can't drink. The ingredients taste old. There were chunkc of fruit and peanut butter. The drink was so thick that if I turned it upside-down, nothing fell out. I will attach pictures. I will never come back. The person at the window just took my card, gave me no receipt, and just handed me the nasty drink. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. YUK...

Twice now I have tried to get a smoothie.Waited 15 minutes at drive thru and didn't get to order.Next time I made it to order but then drove around the building to two cars waiting for their smoothie After 20 minutes I decided to drive offNot sure what is going onProbably needs extra help !Drive thrus are for quick service!Therefore I will get my smoothie elsewhere!

Have stopped by this location 3 different times in the last month to get a gift card and still haven't been able to get one. First time, the kid said 'we don't do that' then turned the speaker off (drive thru), second time a nice young guy was working and told us he was new and didn't know how, and tonight on our 3rd attempt the fourth over the speaker rodent said no, but her tone basically said she didn't feel like it. Absolutely ridiculous.

Smoothies are good but multiple times per week they are not open on time and sometimes someone will be inside and will not come to the speaker or window.

Stopped by this morning during their open hours and nobody responded to the microphone nor was at the window. I also called to see if anyone was there but their voicemail box was full. I’m going to an exam hungry now
Decided to come get a smoothie at 8:40pm the app and the window stated they closed at 9pm. I get to the window and I was told “We close at 8:30pm.” I frequently go to Smoothie King and this location has been very disappointing.

The website, sign on window, and app all said they closed at 9pm. When we showed up to order the employee told us they close at 8:30 which is why he couldn't take our orders. It more so looked like they cleaned up early to leave at 9. If that's the case then post your hours for 8:30. I frequent smoothie king at many locations very often; I've never had this issue at any other location, so this location was very disappointing.

Stopped by today for 2 medium smoothies and both were only about 60% full. Charged me $19 for them to not even be full. Called back and guy just said “I don’t know what to tell you.” Skip this place if you plan on stopping by.

Went by after work to get a smoothie, the two girls inside saw me waiting and completely ignored me. It was ridiculous. They didn’t bother to say they were closing early or that anything was broken, they simply looked me in the face and then walked off. I waited around for about 10 minutes because I figured maybe they hadn’t seen me yet or they were busy with something inside, but no. They were just rude lol.
