I order many mornings throughout the week at this location. The staff is always so sweet & personable. Yesterday I ordered my usual, but the machine was not working properly which then made my drink questionable. I called and explained the problem, I could not come back that morning to have it remade. I spoke to Collin on the phone who was very nice & honest about what happened, he then wrote me down to come back the next morning to have it remade! Not only did they give me a Venti, they gave me a gift card as well! They made sure I was well taken care of and satisfied. I love the early morning staff! 10/10!!!

Tried to place an order on mobile for breakfast. After I put everything in it was ready to place the order, they notified me that this location wasn't taking any orders at this time and to try another store. That's super frustrating-lost my business.

I tried this Starbucks out a few times and have been giving them the benefit of the doubt. They prioritize drive-through orders, as well as mobile orders, rather than how they come in order with in person orders as well. They are slow with making the drinks. I have always gotten a drink made correctly, but the new hires are not being trained right. The last visit, I ordered two cream Frappuccinos, which does not get coffee (frap roast) and they both had coffee in it. The person who made my drink said that there wasn’t any coffee in it.
