Awful.. ordered online and paid for extra meat and meat didn’t even cover the sub. Why is there an option to tip? For doing their job?

My son definitely got food poisoning from this location on 2/24/24. I contacted Subway and the owner of the location responded with "it's likely a stomach virus that these kids pass around". Wow he is the owner of a Subway and a medical Doctor now thats impressive. My kid had no symptoms nor did anyone else in his class or household. He became violently ill just a few hours after eating his Subway sandwich and is currently missing school. Instead of offering expert medical advice Mai Husban "The Manager/Doctor" you should refund my money and check your tainted food before you make more people sick.

We had a mobile order and their door was locked approximately 90 minutes before closing. We witnessed one of the employees come over and unlock the door with the gloves the same gloves he was preparing a sandwich with, then resume building that sandwich then our sandwich with the same gloves on.Quite unsanitary and potentially harmful situation.

I like Subway, but it was laughably absurd what happened.We ordered through the app a meatball sub with pepperoni, a pizza sub, a coldcut and a BMT. When we got home the meatball sub was just pepperoni and cheese, ice cold. No meatballs, no sauce.And the pizza sub had no meat or pizza sauce. It was some veggies and some odd sauce that looked like french dressing.The BMT was missing a few condiments but still edible, and the coldcut was ok other than oceans of mayo.We called for a refund on the meatball and pizza subs and they said bring them back and they could make them again. No refund. So we drove back to the location.There were 3 young employees. We could barely hear eachother over the rap music blaring. They were nice enough but mostly incompetent. They made our subs while we had to basically explain to them how to make them, even with the receipts in front of them detailing the order. They seemed untrained and overloaded. No manager in sight. In the end it was ok but the meatballs were a little overcooked.I think this particular location needs some better leadership and supervision.

Placed an order online so we didn’t have to wait when we got there. Waited until the pickup time, sat at the window for 5 minutes without being able to get anyone’s attention. Drove around and went inside to find 3 people sitting on their phones with headphones in, the order hadn’t even been started. So we had to stand there for 5-10 more minutes while the subs were made and they were missing multiple toppings that they never even told us about.

I came through the drive-thru and ordered three subs a little boy not even 15 years old, came to the window and said that they could not make more than two subs and when I asked him why he said because it was late so I googled the number and called while still sitting in the drive-through and he told me over the phone they closed at eight. It is just now 649. When another guy came to the window to hand us the two subs, I asked him why we could not order three because it would not take an hour to make one more sub he said the kid was wrong they could make it and they closed at 10 so he fixed the third sub makes no sense at all to lie

The food will be better if they could actually get the order right. I ordered tomatoes on my sandwich and got black olives. They are also very generous with the mayonnaise here, no matter how much your request. I requested less mayo and got more. I don't know if the girl at the window is having a bad day or if she got mad because I didn't add a tip, but the service was less than friendly.

It's not worth finding out why this place is rated so low. Honestly, just trust us. You'll have a negative experience no matter what you do.

I have never been more infuriated by my order. Not only did I NOT get what I wanted, but I paid extra for more meat only to get 2…2 slices of meat PER SANDWICH. I’m livid. Not only that, I called to speak with the manager and got hung up on by the staff. I will never eat here again.

every time we go there the food is wrong and it takes minimum of 15 minutes. Also, the past two times we've been there, they forgot that we haven't paid and we had to remind them that we haven't paid. this time when I got my sandwich it was cold, and the ranch was sour. I recommend going to the subway near the hospital

I will never eat here again. After ordering, i watched the bag of lettuce get dropped on the ground and then set inside the pan while being cut open and dumped in the pan.. it proceeded to get worse when the kids behind the counter then pulled hair out of the meat. They might not mind a little extra in their sandwich, but i did.
