This must be the most disgusting Subway I have ever been to. The salad is always old and looks like it’s going bad. The place doesn’t look clean either.

I've been in this location several times, it needs some supervisory intervention during the day, especially at lunchtime, to the owner its its not the service you want to reflect to your customers. I'm not going into detail I could write a book, just show up and observe.

UNFORTUNATELY , the degree of FLAT-OUT RUDE and UNCONCERNED, isn’t included in these questions!! Should be! I wouldn’t want them representing my business! But I hope, the manager, who is supposed to call me around 9:00-9:30pm, is more concerned about how her employees treat the public AND cares about how there food is going out the door, when it’s wrong!I’ll never get my money back, I’ve been told, but I gotta try! I don’t have the money to just go in n not have anything to show for it!! The guy n girl working today around 4:00pm NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED ME STANDING THERE in front of them!! I just stepped up n told them what I wanted. 2 footlong chocolate chip cookies. The guy finally got them n heated them, but they were hard as a rock n he asked if I wanted him to put more time on them?. I said “They’ll be so hard I can’t eat them !” I asked for a fork to see if they were the way they’re supposed to be n it just about broke the tongs off the fork, it was so hard. Then they started hollering that it wasn’t their fault cus they come that way from the company!! I asked to have the credit reversed because they were HARD AS A ROCK!. I got them n went to the location on 123. They heated them like they should be n they bout melted in my mouth. I went back to the Pendleton St store with my phone on video to show the people involved n the girl went behind a wall hollering something about me recording them n putting it on YouTube! I pulled out the cookies I just got from the other location to show them how they should be. They kept on saying “ it ain’t our fault! We can’t control if they’re hard or not! Nobody can!! I said the other location had no problem AT ALL AND THEY'RE PERFECT!! So they DEFINITELY need some new employees with personalities other than hate and denial!! Another lady walked in SEVERAL MINUTES after I did n they never acknowledged her either!! I told her I was going to the one on 123! She left too! I’m waiting on the manager to call me n see if she’ll make it right or lose more customers. Cus I will make sure that people know what a PATHETIC store they’re running! 2 out of 2 people won’t be going back there! IM A CHRISTIAN AND I NEVER LOST SIGHT OF THAT while I was going through all this. It made for a horrible way to start n stop your day. It was supposed to be like a “cheating on your diet “ for me n my Mom. I finally got some good cookies n we ENJOYED EVERY BITE OF THEM!!! (From another store!!) The time has come n gone when the manager was supposed to call. me. FIGURED!!

My wife and I eat here a lot, and the employees here are always polite, kind, courteous, and make great sandwiches. I think we have tried the whole menu. My favorites are tuna salad add buffalo sauce and jalapeños, buffalo chicken add jalapeños and ranch, and they have Mr Pibb! Awesome people make awesome food! Usually feed us both under 25 bucks, can’t find that anymore. Same amount of food at Firehouse runs 22 bucks, and Jersey Mikes around 25. And the food is better.

They were pretty swamped with online orders when I came in, but they were still nice and polite. The lady manager at the store was right there working with their people.When staff is polite like these folks, I’m always happy to wait.

We like this subway much more than the other ones in Easley. We drive an extra 5 minutes so we can come here. We always order on the app and our sandwiches are made quickly and well-done every time we have come, no mistakes yet. The workers we have encountered have also been very nice. Good subway!

Probably the worst subway experience I’ve ever had. No one in the store and one person in front of us at the drive thru. Took us 20 minutes to get our food and the car behind us drove off.. The woman at the window handed us our food and said “the chips are in the bag”. They forgot one of our beverages and we told them. When we got home we realized they forgot one of our chips as well. They didn’t toast our sandwiches either. I’m disappointed. This is normally our go to location. Do better Subway.

Pickup review:-1 star for creating a sub 15 minutes before actual time of pick up. Sandwich was cold and dry. The reason I knew that is that coincidently I was already at the parking lot ordering the sub.-1 star for giving me extremely soaked sub in mayo even though I asked for just small (less) amount of mayo-1 star for tomato and olives which I have not orderedDefinitely I am going to back again.
