Great food sometimes a little slow in the drive through area but if you go in you’ll get the full vip treatment as in food prepared quickly yet still delicious and hot drive through takes longer foods still good but probably have some what cold fries if you live more than ten minutes away from the zaxbys

Everytime I go through the drive through my order is always wrong and when I ask for extra fries or zaxbys sauce it is never in the bag. The food is always cold and the wings are small with little to no meat and the chicken tenders are so small for the price.

Zaxbys is our usual go to spot, food is always good service is great . Last week we got home our order was wrong but when we informed zaxbys they only to happy to replace our order and today I ran by to pick it up and GRANT the manger was kind respectful and I appreciate his demeanor. Orders are never right at this location. Half the time the chicken fingers are so small it's ridiculous for the price . Today I ordered two orders of chocolate chip cookies and received only one ,but was charged for two . A month ago ( Last time I went until today because of bad food , ordered being wrong and cashier not taking order right ) I tried to order two orders of cookies and only got 2 cookies instead if 6 because two orders of cookies meant 2 single cookies to the cashier who took the order as 2 cookies . This location needs new management or something .

Food is consistently good, service isn't bad, but the parking lot is such a hassle to navigate into and out of if you are trying to get to the drive thru. I always have to find somewhere to pull in, back up, and turn around just to get my vehicle facing the correct direction to be able to enter the drive thru lane. The way the entrance and exits are situated in correlation with the direction I approach the restaurant from makes it impossible to easily get into the parking lot and then into the drive thru line without having to wait at a busy red light intersection only to enter the highway and go around to the other entrance of the parking lot. Which is more of a hassle usually than it is to get the vehicle turned around in the parking lot. Frustrating. And does sometimes deter me from choosing this restaurant for a quick and easy dinner.

My Zalads were literally inedible. All that money straight in the trash. I won’t go to the Lauren’s Rd location ever again.
This is by far one of the worst zaxbys I have ever visited. EVERY SINGLE TIME. After waiting for over 20 minutes, an employee approached me and asked , with a nasty attitude, why I was still waiting. When I explained I never got my order, the employee replied, “oh, we must have gave it to someone else”
