I go there 5-6 times a year when visiting, but only because there is not much else open at the time. The women behind counter, usually, seem to be annoyed I am there. Spend a few more bucks and try the Mexican place on Jungle -only open until 3pm. I'm sorry, but that is the worst subway I have ever been to -I truly think they don't want coustomers.

Subway will take money off you card but will say the card is not working try another payment method. I can't order my food an they stealing money off my card. This has happened multiple times. Yall are terrible.

We walked into the Subway at Edisto enmark gas station at 9:30 pm. There was noone to be seen in the counter area. The sign and online said that they served until 11pm. Another sign said to ring the yellow bell for service. The bell was way behind the counter so I said, Hello! I went to the gas station counter and asked how late Subway was open. They said they didn't know. I went back to the Subway counter and a guy emerges slowly from the back. I said hello and asked if we could get some sandwiches. He said that they were closed. I asked how late they normally were open and he said, and I quote, "11 o'clock. But not tonight." I said, really! Very embarrassing for Subway.

This was a terrible time. First, we got to the gas station and the doors were locked (7 PM) despite the hours saying it closed at 11. The gas station worker made some weird excuse and still didn't open the door until about 15 minutes later. During this time, the subway workers just stared at us but wouldn't open the door or let us know anything. We finally got inside and they said they didn't have our order. One employee said the order was never made and then they "magically" found the receipt in the trash. Overall, we ordered and they said it would be done at 7:15. We didn't get the order until after 8:15. This is unacceptable. At least the food (the subs that were prepared correctly) was decent.

Went there a little after 7 pm the guy said he was closed and he said he doesn't even know what the hrs were where he worked??. The food is usually good if you can get the employees from closing 4 hrs early just because they are too sorry to work. Management needs to do something about this because the employees are ruining this place. This was on the weekend and almost summer and closing the place 4 hrs early is just simply pitiful.

Subway is subway no matter what, but the people working at this location are rude, and have been rude for years. They would talk between their teeth, will easily catch an attitude for not hearing over the loud music the station is playing…Customer service rate is ZERO. They have zero patience or empathy towards anyone. If you show up 1mnt before the pick up, be ready cause the might catch an attitude on you. Never have I seen one of them smiling in 3yrs I’ve been coming to buy lunch.

Claims to be 24 hrs but employees claim they close at 11 still showed up at 10pm and they were closed and out of bread. The boys had the oven on but all lights off. Wouldn't even offer to sell a salad. The store manager needs to get a handle on these boys

Do not order on the app. Sandwiches not make remotely close to order and refused to remake. Not bad if you go in and order and watch them make your food.
