I placed an order online at 1:40 pm est and it is now 3:21 est at 1230 A Rose St, elgin sc 29045. I never recieved my order. I done been hung up on 7 times. Transferred 3 times and to the dominos in Texas also. The lady tells me she can't find my order in the system but then tells me it shows it was sent in sc. I said right im I'm sc. Why do I keep getting transferred to Texas? Not to mention no one ever asked me what state I'm in or at least my number to pull up the status of my order. I wish it will let me give zero stars because this is ridiculous.

We ordered online for delivery last night (3/1/24) around 6:00 pm. Delivery took 3 hours and every time we called the store to check and see what was happening with our order, they would hang up without even speaking to us. The lady that answered the phone the first time we called was very rude and disrespectful when we asked about our order. She then put us on hold immediately without even asking for a name for our order. Plus, you could hear her putting all the other phones ringing on hold as well before hanging up with us. The customer service here is very unprofessional.

Order never arrived after over an hour waiting and 20 minutes of it saying it was delivered we tried contacting the store and never got through. Every time they said they were putting us in contact with an agent the phone line disconnected.

Took 3 hours for delivery and called multiple times to check on order and was placed on hold for at least 20 minutes each before being hung up on after someone picked up. No communication and the whole time my order said complete on the tracker app without having the order. Don't recommend this Domino's at all.

Ordered three deep dish pizzas and a brownie pizza was uncooked, and no carmalized crust looked like an original crust. The brownie was burnt. To top it off, my boxes looked disgusting they appeared to have set in oil with dryed up marinara sauce rubbed acrossed them it was just gross and sloppy. I called and spoke to the manager she remaid my entire order was very kind, but once again, after my second drive to pick up dinner, it was just as bad I opened my food to check and all I got was I'm sorry but don't forget your free two liters. Will never again order from here, unfortunately. ?

The last 2 times I've ordered Domino's. It says on a text that they're in my neighborhoodbut it takes another hour before it gets here.You can't tell anybody at Domino's. Because they don't want to listen to you. This is the one in elgin I would recommend you to go to pizza hut
While we waited for our pizza I discovered why you can never order a pizza on the telephone. There were three workers and the phone rang the entire time we were waiting. Not once did anyone even act like they were going to answer the phone. All three simply ignored it and let it ring the entire time we were there.

Called in a pick-up order and the guy came to our car to apologize for delay, which it really wasn't, and then someone brought the pizza out, before he could go back inside. Then he asked us to wait & brought out something special. We had a quick & courteous experience, and the pizza was great! Had 2 more pizzas since, less than a month apart. Great food, great serviceParking: It's a small business, but had plenty places to park

I know Domino's will hire anybody, but when you hire a manager, you should care. The manager at Domino's and elgin on 02/03/24 was rude and disrespectful. ( The child had Red hair, and earrings that strach)We ordered a pizza for delivery, and the tracking said it was delivered, but it never was,so we drove to the Domino's location to complain he got mad at us. WHY.... We went to Pizza Hut by food lion order 3 pizzas, and they made them. We WENT home ate them, then guess who knocked on the door... DOMINO'S.... WITH THE PIZZA'S...TOO LATE..... GO TO PIZZA HUT!!! Better Service!!!!!

This truly deserves less than a star. Food isn’t the problem it’s the workers. Delivery drivers will pull out in front of you, won’t use blinkers and will pass right by your house even if you flag them down they’d rather not stop and keep going and not drop off your order. They also like to take pictures of peoples cars while driving.The workers will be caught outside the store, buying, selling, reviving and doing drugs and then walk inside and make pizzas without washing hands or gloves. When asked to wash hands they give attitude and rinse them with water.Managers like Tony will steal money from you. I suggest staying away from him with your wallet or purse because he will go through it and take from you. I also suggest asking for another cashier if Tony happens to be your cashier because he will rip you off for money, drug money at that.
