Small portions and expensive drink prices accompanied by slow service both at the dinner table and bar!!! You literally have to beg for service. This was my 3rd visit over the last couple years and it was worse than previous visits. On each visit there was live music that was very good but you'll have to pay a cover charge to get in even if your just there for dinner. No doubt the only reason this place is still in business is the complete lack of competition in the area. Would not recommend to anyone.

I loved this wonderful place immediately! I was greeted with a smile ?! I spoke with the owners and they were very down to earth and social because obviously they love what they do! And the food was fresh and flavorful and yes I ate it all which is unusual for me .whish I could give ten ?

Great folks and super good . Hospitality at its finest .We had a great lunch .Red rice and corn bread for my wife and green beans to die for .I had the fried pork chop Mac and cheese (homemade) and corn on the CobbWe had hush puppies and orings for the appetizer .We were the only first timers in there .Best hidden secret in the area with a family atmosphere to boot .Thanks for a great time .Jerry and Kathy

I dined here on Fri Jun 30. I had fried catfish, french fries, and collard greens. The food was great! More than that, Ms. Deborah (one of the owners) was great. She and another lady actually served my food. They both were very warm and loving, and they made me feel at home. Ms. Deborah is a wonderful conversationalist! I did think that that music was a bit loud for a restaurant, but it wasn't overpowering. Overall, my experience was great, and I'd definitely return in the future!
