Passing through Florence (like everyone else LOL) and needed some eats. 1720 was a good choice, homemade burgers and fries, great option given all of the other fast food in the area.We just stuck to the basics, couple of custom burgers and fries. Everything was cooked well, fries were hot and very good. Full bar, plenty of options.We would definitely recommend 1720 to anyone passing through.

The owner (didn’t catch his name) was awesome! Traveling from Virginia, they wowed us with great burger and chicken sammys…but the REAL deal was the incredible beingnets he offered us as we were headed south! Great place and the most friendly staff (even though I had to have a Bloody Mary) ???
Great service, quality food that delivers every time me stop. This is a must every time we pass through Florence. The cheeseburger quesadillas comes highly recommended!

The food was delicious and burgers were cooked perfectly! Not undercooked and soft, and not overcooked and dry. The menu has a great variety of options for everyone. The service was wonderful. Waitress was attentive, and you could tell the cook who brought our food really cared about what he sends out of the kitchen. Mixed crowd, comfortable environment. The wait was a little long but they were very busy so totally reasonable. Can't wait to go back!

So, everything was fantastic! From the Burgers being cooked just as we requested, to the homemade fries. I personally had the Boss Hog and I couldn’t leave anything left behind. Truly it was a great with every layer and I left feeing like I had a true American Burger. I also have to say the dessert was incredible as well. It surprised me in a good way, the Churros, the Beignets, they were on point and a nice finishing touch to the meal. 1720 Burger Bar, you outdid yourself and thank you for a great experience!

Sat there for 10 minutes and was never greeted. The host didn't make us feel welcomed (he looked sad). He waved when we walked in and just looked at me and waited for me to speak. I stated, " a table for 2 please". He then walks us over to a dirty booth, so I asked him to clean it which he did. We then sat there for 10 minutes as servers and the host walked back and forth; granted they were a little busy. However, the host saw that no one ever came over to greet us and not once did he stop by and offer to get us something to drink, let us know that the server would be with us or anything. As we got up to leave, we walked by the host and he stated have a good day. He didn't even ask why we were leaving. We've eaten here plenty of times and have never been treated like this. Burger Bar-please train your host (he should be friendly, greet customers with a warm smile, and be observant) and get it together!
