Two stars because 3 years after COVID and they still have the restaurant area inside closed...... I would go much more often (only go about once a year now), but I don't want to eat in my car......Open the inside already....

I didn't get the large combo that I paid for. The guy at the window was nice, but the paper cup was warped, and the top broke off and spilled on me as soon as he gave me the soda. He didn't offer to give me another cup or more napkins and just laughed when it happened. I'm from out of state, so this wasn't a good experience for me. I won't be back.

This specific location is just absolutely AMAZING!! Especially the two girls that got my order and got me out the door fast due to me being in a hurry.Kid-friendliness: They have always had a family friendly environment!!

False Advertising on Tiktok. I made PAIDPARTNERSHIP on a video I took my time to make. Arby's Staff asked me to advertise their De' Angelo Chicken Sandwich. Staff did not email or call me. Tiktok Team stated I was not suppose to get paid. I will NOT rate this because of the lies.
