Not impressed..Eleven dollars for a fish sandwich. Ridiculous. And that was with no fries or anything. And they automatically added an almost nine dollar tip without my knowledge. It cost my husband and me sixty dollars to take my son out for a fish sandwich ..at these prices the tip is...never again.

Cashier said my to go order was being worked on. I took a seat to wait. Watched the cashier leave and go clean tables. That's all good. What's not good is not checking back to see if the to go order was ever ready. Finally after seeing the staff had stopped cooking, I asked if the to go order that had been sitting there for about 5 minutes was mine. Turns out it was and I let the guy know that the cashier knew I had been waiting for an order and never came back. He apologized and then said "Did you tip online". Seriously? Not did I pay, but did I tip. Got home, the food was cold and fries were hard. I was irritated with the cashier not checking to make sure I received my order and the bagger not checking to see if anyone was waiting on the food. I won't be going back and what sealed the deal for me not to return, was the question I was asked, "Did you tip online".

Super cute spot with even better food. So glad goodle reviews helped us pick this place. We both had burgers fresh off the grill with grilled buns! Yum!
First time trying this place out. It was full of people. We ordered Togo but the line was still long but moved fast. Awesome customer service and awesome food. Got the buddy’s burger the way it comes and oh my goodness, it was probably the best burger I’ve had in Florence. Will definitely be back.

I had the Buddy Melt and Philly Cheese Steak. Both were the best I've ever had!! As for the buddy melt, they should've won an award for that sandwich if they haven't already!! Highly recommend!! But better get it before the month of March is up! Ask for the bacon jam!
Service really sucked. Prices are high. $3.00 for 12 ounce drink.The man at the cash register totally ignored me to start. Got drink order wrong. And charged me an almost $9.00 tip, without my knowledge, for take out.The potatoes were saturated in grease. The location is pretty much hidden.I won't be back and if anybody asks about Buddy's I'll tell them not to waste their time.Still waiting on a call from manager for a reimbursement on the $9.00 tip.

Charged almost $9... for takeout? Roughly a mandatory ~20% tip added. Seems you'd rather have the customers pay your employees than the business.
I will never come here again,I was charged,9.00 for a tip for a take out order,are they adding tips for takeout now,if so I could have just order doordash cheaper that,,guys look at your receipts for takeouts,takeout, can't just add on it,I will get a refund .

By far, the best burger joint in the Pee Dee! The atmosphere is always alive, and friendly. The friendliest staff, with excellent service. The Buddy Burger with steak chips never ever disappoints!
