Took 10 minutes for someone to take out drink order and it wasn't busy in the restaurant. It was 9pm!After our food order was taken, it took about 40 minutes for us to get our food. My husbands whole sampler plate and my potato wedges were cold and she brought them to us while waiting for my chicken tenders because she knew they were there a while. But bring us cold food? Mozzarella sticks?! Apparently she was waiting for the tenders, which were burning hot while everything what we'd cold. Maybe the kitchen was the problem, but the waitress could have told them we've been waiting a long time. Autumn was busy, but she checked on us more after we got our food. It was 9pm and we were hungry, shouldn't have taken 40 minutes to get food at that hour! I won't be back again.

service was poor. waitress never brought napkins, straws. not once came to refill our drinks out of the hour an a half we sat there took forever for her to come take our order & bring the check. also took forever for the food which was both wings (mind you there was little to nobody in there customer wise.) food wasn’t all that either. definitely won’t be going back.

We like this restaurant so much, but something’s wrong is going with it.. We stopped by this branch and they said that they can’t offer us burgers and any other food on the menu except cheese sticks or wings. The reason was there were not enough servants and cooks inside the kitchen. Seems the company is not hiring or I don’t know what’s happening.. this is my third bad experience within the last month

Handed Meredith my gift card and enough money to cover the balance of the meal and a tip, a decent one. I had thought there was only $25 on the card. Was surprised that it was, instead, for $50 and after the meal I still had change left on it. There was some miscommunication somewhere or either a lack of “listening,” but she came out to the car and returned my card, with the money on it- and let me get my cash straight. I am very grateful for her honesty and would return to this restaurant just based on this interaction.

The food is good ! But service is hit or miss ,went there last night service was great .The young lady was the only waitress on the main dining area .She was exceptional and very professional. Our fries were cold and she immediately grabbed us some fresh hot ones. Staffing always seems to be an issue at this restaurant, I keep hoping that management will solve this issue but it never seems to get resolved.
