This is my new Burger King to go to now these guys are number 1 in service in competition with all the other Burger kings. The gentleman at the window answered some questions I asked him, and he replied and explained the serving timer to me which is they have 45 seconds to take your order and move you to the next window. And that is something they are definitely on top of and are working hard to improve even more If you got to eat,and in a rush go to Burger King across the st. after you leave the wooden nickel. Which I might add have karaoke,pool,and drinks. So next time you're on irby Street stop in for some hot amazing fries,burgers,and a cold drink late night. They'll take good care of ya. I'll definitely be back.????????????????

The place is ok! But some of the workers that work there needs customer service training cause they don't smile or greet you with a smile while receiving your order! I got 4 bbqwhopper jr. Two for now & 2later. Boy I ate those burger they send me straight to the bathroom and throwing up.

They are incredibly rude here. Ordered one whopper jr meal plain for my son and one for me. They were nasty to me when they gave me that wrong drink for his meal. I tried to ask politely for ketchup and didn’t get any because she shut the window in my face as I was talking. When they gave me the food order they didn’t thank me or speak at all. Abysmal service; do better. Food was as expected.

Drive thru line was long and usually slow so I went inside to order at the counter. I ordered two meals but was only charged for the sandwiches. I brought it to her attention and had the additional amount charged. She was very nice and told me she would have given it to me at no charge. The food was hot and tasted exactly how it was supposed to.

Went to the drive thru, ordered a #4 ketchup only with a coke, and a #8 with spicy chicken and a Dr Pepper. After waiting about 10 mins for the car in front to exit, the cashier waited 5 min to open the window and had the complete wrong order. Explained to them AGAIN for the 3rd time my order. Got the receipt and was charged for an extra meal. Couldn't get the cashier attention so had to lay on the horn to get attention. Manager corrected the mistake, begrudgingly and still waited another 20 minutes for our order. Had to ask for the drinks as they weren't given to us. No apology for the mistake, rude, unprofessional and kept my receipt. As a former manager in QSR I know this is unacceptable. Do better!
