Three couples dining in restaurant besides myself and manager flipping out. The manager said I can't take this anymore, lock all the doors and don't let anyone in. I really could not believe they would do that. It's probably a safety issue also with customers locked in building. Felt sorry for people walking up to door finding out it's locked. I bet the owner of restaurant was not aware of this. Anyway, waited 10 minutes for my order. I will never return

The only Burger King in Florence or Darlington County that serves its food hot. The employee didn't apparently appreciate me insisting that it be hot but I appreciated the fact that my fish sandwich was hot and good. If I want a cold sandwich I can throw that together at home without spending $10+ dollars. This store would be a great model for the one in Darlington, SC, and the one in Florence near the Food Lion close to Timmonsville. Perhaps if BK paid their employees better living wages, their attitudes would improve. They have NO CLUE how to serve hot food!!!!

Took 9 minutes to get from the pay window to the pickup window with only 2 cars ahead of me. Then I had to repeat my order to 2 different people at the pickup window. Then I was directed to pull forward and wait a while longer to get my order. There was nothing special about my order. It was a breakfast sandwich meal with coffee, and no substitutions or special requests.

Cashier is a rude sorry human being. Thinks I owe her something In life. She sat there and talked trash because she called a food number and I didn't get a receipt so how the he'll am I suppose to know what the number is. That's your own fault. If you don't like what you do leave.

Just left Burger King an my experience inThe drive through was nothing short of amazing the energy that the person had take my order is the energy I like when you are working in customer service all I know is she told me I rule but she is the one who really rules!!!

The last three times I came the lobby was not open after 8 am. Before that I hear the manager talking down on her fellow employees like trash. I would not tolerate the way she's speaks to them when she can't do her job properly.

I went through the drive thru & ordered a grilled chicken sandwich that is on the menu. They don't carry grilled chicken anymore. Here's an idea...take it off the menu. Normally I wouldn't care but my wife just had an operation, she's in the hospital and hasn't eaten in 21 hours.
Food was fine. I understand being short staff especially on the nighy shift, but it took a while to get the food. Plus whatever argument that was going on was definitely off putting. They also messed up my order but I didn't want to wait again so I left with the food I had.

I gave a 1 cause i couldn't go lower ! Ive been eating at this store for over 10 yrs. i wanted a original chicken with mozzarella n marinara sause n they would not make it for me i been getting it there for a long time and they got very nasty with me when i said isent it have it your way im the customer ! nope the maneger is a nasty asshole if u dont like your job leave !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i would add a photo BUT I DIDENT GET MY FOOD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Drive thru was horrible. They had the headphones on talking for a while. Then finally when I was able to get through they wanted to act like I was the one with the problem. Very rude.
