Simone is exceptional!! My husband and I bought lunch for the movers that were packing up our things and a burger was left out of our order. When I drove back to Burger King, Simone remembered me and immediately replaced the missing burger. I am so impressed with her demeanor and exceptional customer service!

I go through this drive thru often and get their 2 for 5 bacon and cheese whopper jr's and the staff is always friendly and the burgers are always on point.

Wanted to get the Whopper Jr. deal, 2 for 10, but the person taking my order would only let me order 2 of the same kind of sandwiches. My husband wanted the bacon swiss Jr., but she said we could not mix and match. Definitely not what the drive-through sign said.

I quit going here a couple of years ago because service & prices had gotten so terrible. I just wanted a small burger to hold me over till supper. I went today and ordered a bacon cheeseburger NO PICKLES. Repeated it again with the cashier and asked the girl who handed it to me, do I need to check the burger to see if it's correct? She said it was correct. Got home literally minutes later. The cheeseburger was cold and loaded with pickles. Went to do the survey and the numbers would not work. DO NOT DINE IN THIS LOCATION!
Its like i need to be the food critic for Florence or something! Just sell what I see & we will be fine. Food costs more & done really lost value.???♀️

I love the way they remodeled the restaurant. There is no outside playground for kids but it's ok. It looks very modern and spacious. I ove the Fanta Icee and the onion rings with the garlic sauce. The whoppers are always fresh and so delicious. They also serve breakfast and it's a plus that they're open late at night. The staff is friendly and I love it that they repeat back your order.

This burger king sucks. Went at 11:00pm and they would not serve anyone. They had 5 cars in the drive-thru and they were all sitting in the lobby laughing and talking. They even went as far as opening the dining room door for some of their friend to laugh and talk with. I would not recommend them at all.
