We had a Great experience. Rich was wonderful and very helpful, he has great customer service skills. The whole staff was friendly, and the restaurant was very clean. Thanks for the experience and we will return.

I placed an order in the drive thru line for (2) 3 piece dinner. My fries were cold, my fish had black spots cooked on it. There was no tater sauce for either dinner.

Poor food, poor service, and extremely poor quality. Drive through is a joke and placing an online order is not even worth it for having to reorder everything again that they don't have. It is truly one of my most disappointing food experiences

Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Spent half an hour, literally, in the drive thru line with only 2 cars in front of us. Finally received food and it was wrong. Paid extra to have Mac & cheese as a side, didn’t get it, no utensils, I ordered the 10 piece butterfly shrimp, received 9, there was no way we were turning back and wasting more time with them. I thought the lake city location was a little slow but they have nothing on this place, we will never go to this location again.

The food was OK. The person that took the order was not friendly, and the dining room was not that clean. I will not be back.

I brought my husband, a native Floridian, to eat here tonight.I'm here in a work project and the hubs came to visit me.I have come to love this food chain during my two month stay here in SC (so far).He had the two piece whitefish meal with Mac n cheese and fried okra.He said it was the best Mac n cheese he has ever had.He was, also, impressed by the amount of food we each received and how fresh the fish was.And let me tell you-he is a miser. So him saying that we got a lot for our money was something I don't know if I've heard more than three times during our entire relationship ?

This place gets two stars because the food is delicious. Great food should however come with great service. I was there twice this week (visiting from New York). Both times the bathroom was unkept and the facility didn't smell clean. Today in particular I visited and wanted ketchup on my fish sandwich. The head chef tells the sue chef "no don't put ketchup on her sandwich. We don't do that". Then tells the cashier to tell me "they can't do that". THEN asks if everything is to my liking. Here is my public response. Of course not! You could out ketchup on my sandwich and made a deliberate decision not to. SMH. #BlackRose

Captain D’s is a favorite of ours when we are on this side of Florence. But prices are getting a little too high.
