This place almost ruined my date night. From the time we walked in, no one wanted seat us. We had a question about a promotion and the manager was "too busy" to answer while the entire staff was just standing around. We didn't even order food. I paid for my drink, which took 10 minutes to get in a cup, and we left. Please do not waste your time going here.

Food was ok. Manager made promises and at the end of the meal the waitress attitude changed drastically. Actually enjoyed the experience until the end. True colors came out and I would not recommend that any one eat here. Our waitresses name for the record was Cathy. Be warned...

The food was absolutely amazing.I ordered a strawberry margaritas and it was great as well.I also left me debit card and realized a hour later called them and my waitress have gave it to Manger and I was able to go pick it up.Amazing food, drinks and staff

My Husband and I visited Crab Spot for the second time last night. We arrived around 7pm. We were sat down immediately, drink and appetizer ordered. There were only one person working the floor, which slowed things down. It took about 10 minutes to receive our drinks. My Husband ordered a Small Crab boil which the Crab legs were over cooked and you couldn't hardly break open the legs. After we ate, our server never came and picked up our plates. We had to request she removed them from the table, after we found her. She completely disappeared for a good 15 mins. Luckily, the sweet Bartender came and took another drink order. Over all, our service was terrible and the food is extremely pricey for thr amount of food you get.We won't be going back.

Sat right away. Sat for 9 minutes and no server only one other in there. Got up to leave a the person who sat us tried to stop us asking why we were leaving. Basically no one in the restaurant and no drink order taken. I'm there to eat and be taken care of in return for payment and a tip. You can't even send someone over in a dead restaurant to take a drink order I will give a shitty review

Grew up in the Chesapeake Bay Area (famously known for Blue Crabs). With that being said, please tell me how are you supposed to eat Crabs with a plastic fork?????????????????? Yep, you heard me right, none of the usual tools were provided to pick the crab. If you are going to call your restaurant "The Crab Spot" then you need to learn how to properly serve a crab.

I've been here a total of five times. Very good staff. Wings and fries are good. Chicken strips and fries my kids love them. I visited Saturday and had the two pieces tilapia fries, and shrimp it was good. Ordered a second to go plate it was ok, just a little bit too much of seasoning on the shrimp but other than that perfect. Drinks need a little touch (sodas, lemonade and teas). Very relaxed environment , always clean. We will definitely be back! Had the crab boil didn't like it at all! Too much seasoning, not the freshest. Only ate the crablegg out of the whole boil. Fresh seafood shouldn't be frozen for days.

Ordered pickup on DoorDash for arrival at 6:30. I received notification that it was ready at 6:05, which was very early. The oyster were still warm but the cheese melted on one type was congealed. There was small pieces of shell in several.

I wouldn't even give a 1 star...but that was the only option. Food and service was terrible. Oysters came out and looked and smelled bad. Talked to manager and she said "they look terrible" " I will take them off the bill."We also ordered shrimp cocktail that came out as grilled shrimp. That was pretty good but we sat with no napkins under our dinner arrived. Ordered my son a grilled cheese with the apps but it didn't come until our dinner. The manager sat down to tables away to eat dinner. Table next to us also complained. The other table next to us sat with no drinks until their food came. Truly seems like they just don't give a sh*t. Save you money and time. Will definitely NEVER go back!

Food was good but the service is horrendous. I went there with my family and the host passed out our menus like we were in a spades game. The table was dirty, and when asked to clean they said it was already clean even though we told them the table was sticky. Half of the entrées came out before the appetizers. My sons food did not come until after the rest of us finished eating. Plus they over charged me for a mistake they made. This was an unbelievable horrible experience for a new restaurant. Service needs to step up tremendously. I highly do not recommend to eat here unless changes are made.
