I was randomly searching for pizza in the area that wasn’t from a chain and I luckily came across this spot. Unfortunately, they don’t have pizza (or carry out to my knowledge) but when the food, atmosphere and service is this good, who cares?? Where do I start? We went there on a Friday night at around 7pm. The place is so inconspicuous that we would’ve passed it had it not been for the Christmas lights out front. We went in to the definition of a quaint but cozy restaurant and were immediately greeted by both waiters (yes there were only two but they were excellent) one of whom told us it would be a 10 minute wait. We waited in the car for 10 minutes then went back and were seated immediately. We were met with glasses of water and the best bread and seasoned olive oil pairing I’ve ever had in my life. Seriously, that may have been the best bite of the night and that’s saying a lot. We followed up with the Caesar salad and it was perfection. I ordered the vodka penne and my fiancé got the stuffed rigatoni. Both were excellent. The specials sounded amazing too but I wanted to try something I’ve had before before diving head first. But no worries because we will be back. The atmosphere allowed for us to have intimate conversations and really bask in all they had to offer. Very long story short, if you’re looking for a place to eat good and fresh food, have excellent service and just enjoy your company, this place is it. 10/10

The food was okay. We ordered the caprese salad . The mozzarella cheese was great but instead of fresh basil they put on arugula. Took away from the authenticity. The stuffed chicken breast was a close comparison to saltimbocca but not nearly as good. The menu mentioned a Marsala sauce but it tasted like Alfredo sauce. The dessert was delightful. We shared the canoli and pistachio cheese cake. Very nice. We'll go back and give them another try. I recommend going early.

The food is always great. The price is a little high for some. However the food and service are worth it.

Honestly, I've had better food.? Major price change without notice... entire bill was $131 & when I was asked which noodle I'd prefer I said I didn't want one when she suggested between spaghetti or rigatoni I immediately picked rigatoni she came back with spaghetti instead then when i said it's not what i wanted she asked if I wanted her to pick out my seafood... when I got my bill and asked why my main meal was $30 instead of the price given online $21 & $23. I was told that was the price from 10 years ago. I will not be returning & the sad part is that I only received 3 of the 4 meats advertised & I was celebrating my monthanniversary & had been waiting forever to come here for a minute. ?

This restaurant is #1 Favorite place to eat in Florence. Great food made and served by amazing people. At this point, I've tried almost everything in their continuously updated menu, along with many of the daily specials. I have yet to find any duds. Highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a quiet, friendly place with quality food.

I wish they did half stars; this place deserves 4.5 stars! They take care and special attention to the food they make. It is very, very good and the service is friendly. From the focaccia bread & it's well seasoned garlic oil to the arugula salad & it's semi-sweet & mellow dressing to the mascarpone stuffed tortellini and with its creamy 'pink' sauce to the spinach ravioli with its homemade tomato sauce to the chicken parm and the mound of perfectly cooked spaghetti, delicioso!!

Don't let the exterior deter you from dining here. Though small in size, the restaurant is big on serving delicious meals. The staff were very friendly, efficient.
