I came to this restaurant a couple of months ago. The lobby was closed. I stopped by again and it's still closed. I will not be back. The building on the outside looks horrible. Trees and bushes overgrown. Presentation starts when you walk or drive on the lot. Why are they taking orders from someone walking in the drive-thru.

Food was really good but the location has really lost a step. This location has really gone downhill and in a desperate state of renovation. When they first opened, great comparison to Sonny's here in SC. Now... really concerned.

Do the "drive-thru" only because the place was dirty. Floors looked like they weren't cleaned in awhile . The food was good!

The staff was very friendly, and talked up all of the restaurant's menu items, but the food was cold, the sauces had been in the warmer for a while (the mustard base was almost burnt), the entire floor was sticky, half of the lighting in the dining room was out, the ice cream machine which was once a big draw was not operating, and half of the tables were shoved into a corner with chairs stacked on top of them (I can only assume that it was a remnant of social distancing from during the pandemic). Kudo's to the staff for their good attitude, but ownership needs to take a look at facility improvement, the paint is peeling on their sign post and around the entire awning, and there's a pothole in the main drive literally large enough to engulf a compact car. Please bring this location back to what it used to be or I fear it will soon be gone.

Interior is very rundown and the atmosphere kills your appetite. Barbecue is very good but we decided not to eat there. Soft serve ice cream was free but with out of order sign might as well forget it.Parking: Parking lot is a pot hole trap and in horrible condition. Lighting is almost non existent. Be careful how you drive there

I'd give it a 5star if the people who own this location would 1. Fix the pot holes in the parking lot. Driving on the moon would be a smoother ride than trying to avoid the huge holes in the parking lot. 2. Update/refresh the store. It looks like an abandoned location, seriously. Even the wrap on the catering truck looks like it should have been replaced 20 years ago. Other than that, the food is good and workers are always polite.
Stopped in Yesterday. Didn't look like much from the outside but decided to go in anyway. OMG!!!!!This place was disgusting. It was nasty, smelled like bad meat, all the menus had been pulled down from the wall behind the counter, holes in the walls, duct taped cords everywhere and that's is just what I saw in the 30 seconds I was inside. WILL NEVER GO BACK!

so the floolr was sticky 2 months ago in another review, guess what still sticky. really filthy establishment, my parents and i ate here while on a road trip, spent around $50. took 2 bites of the it and threw it out. the nice gentleman at the counter i dont feel like is responsible for this disaster of a restaurant.the only reason we came in for dinner was because they loved it from years ago. pull it together or just shut it down because all your doing now is creating a potential sanitation catastrophe. thanks

Haven’t been to this location in a long time but dined in today. The food was very good. I was very surprised to see how run down the restaurant looked. Parking lot had plenty of pot holes, landscaping is non existent, trash outside, sign had a bird nest, inside floors were dirty, tablecloths were torn, ice cream machine broken and dumpsters had trash behind them. Told cashier this place looks like a tornado hit. We actually thought it was closed at first. Owner and management need to take a look from the guest perspective and clean it up and get it looking better. Truly believe the employees don’t care to clean. Cashier asked if everything okay and said it doesn’t look right, especially the ice cream she gave us. It was stringy and did not eat it.

I’ve been to other dickeys before and they are phenomenal. This one looks run down inside, everything is put up. When I went in there to order, every meat on the menu had black tape on it. Only thing they had was sides, wings, and a couple other things.
