This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. The Service was beyond terrible Every single one of the staff was rude. Drinks and food was disgusting. The ambiance was awful I wouldn't even recommend this place to someone I hated. The owner was so nasty he was hitting on and touching girls around the bar. DEFINITELY NOT a place to take a lady.

What can I say... whether you're there for a bite to eat at dinner or an entering night out after, Dizzy is the place to be! Regardless of server or bartender, you'll be taken care of. Good food. (Recommend the ribeye) Good service. Questionable management.. ?

I unfortunately had a negative experience due to the manager's poor service. Thd manager's attitude and lack of attentiveness greatly affected my overall dining experience. We came as a party of 10 and asked why the service fee was so high and she threatened that we should not ask questions.When addressing our concerns about the delay and the manager's behavior, we were met with dismissiveness and rudeness. Instead of acknowledging our frustrations, the manager seemed annoyed and unwilling to rectify the situation.

Dizzy Crab is one of the hems of Florence. Great food and prices. Wonderful service. At around 10 pm on Fri and either live music of djs come on and this restaurant turns into a really cool bar. 10/10

Food was good, service was great. Although a side salad is listed on the menu as a side it is not. If you order a side salad with an entree you will be charged and the manager will not come out to talk to you. Bad business.

First off everyone looked at us strange when we walked in. Then Nobody came and served us for 20 minutes and I was with my coworkers from out of town painting in the community at a local theatre. We just wanted some seafood and drinks..... We found this place online.... Never

I'd give this place minus stars but that's not an option. Smells like pot time you walk in the door. The burgers are half the size of the buns they put them on and if you wonder where your waitress with all the fat skin hanging out of her skimpy clothes is..we'll she's probably sitting at the bar on her cell phone. This place needs a total over haul or just close there doors but I guess it maybe works for those who just don't care about service and a good clean place to eat!!!!
